Last year, Industrious popped-up in Williamsburg to offer New Yorkers the chance to work from Wythe Hotel. Now, the two brands are teaming up again to transform studios at Brooklyn’s original boutique property into office suites for individuals and small teams through 2021. Complete with private outdoor space and floor-to-ceiling windows that afford views of the Manhattan skyline and East River, the offices at Industrious at Wythe Hotel offer best-in-class amenities designed to help you stay excited about coming to work. The eight-story building — originally constructed as a barrel factory in 1901 — was converted into a 70-room hotel on the Williamsburg waterfront in 2008 to take advantage of the area’s top draws, including trendy boutiques and upscale restaurants. Members can work from Wythe Hotel or any Industrious location four days a month and receive benefits exclusive to the hotel, such as room service, 25% off of overnight stays, and priority seating at the hotel’s French brasserie, Le Crocodile.

Pieces by local artists line Wythe Hotel’s hallways, providing a little burst of inspiration on members’ way to work.
Slatted wood ceilings and exposed brick walls have been preserved from the original building.
Large windows ensure that each office is airy and has plenty of natural light.
Members can order room service from the hotel’s brasserie, Le Crocodile.
Private outdoor spaces with seating and greenery are perfect for a break or change of scenery.
Members can look outside the window to spot some of the items in Wythe Toile, a modern twist on the traditional wallpaper created for the hotel.
Industrious staples, like abundant office supplies and Herman Miller chairs, help transform these hotel rooms into high-end workspaces.
