Construction is underway for The Cove, a first-of-its-kind $20 million amenity floor at 525 Market Street in San Francisco: a space for socializing, connections, wellness and gathering.

Scheduled to open its doors in September 2024, this full-floor sanctuary is the brainchild of a collaboration between Industrious, Cushman & Wakefield, and Architecture Plus Information (A+I).

Designed to appeal to modern knowledge workers, The Cove spans approximately 29,000 square feet, offering a plethora of immersive and activated spaces including conference rooms, event spaces, group fitness and recovery rooms, a bar, cafe and market, and hidden gems like a speakeasy, game room, and podcast studio.

Spearheaded by Hopi Stradling, Senior Director of Tenant Experience at Industrious, The Cove aims to revolutionize the workday by empowering employees to find environments and experiences that motivate and inspire them every day.

More than just a workspace, The Cove is a fully-staffed sanctuary where hospitality services are embedded into every aspect of the experience. From curated fitness amenities managed by Kinema Fitness to gourmet food and beverage offerings provided by Infuse Hospitality, every detail is meticulously crafted to enhance the well-being and productivity of tenants and members alike.
