What is Chief?
Chief is the largest network of senior women leaders, with representation from 10,000+ companies including 77% of the Fortune 100. Chief members gain access to a vetted community of their peers and executive insights to maximize their impact as a leader.
The Chief membership experience is designed for those who have senior leadership responsibility within their organization. As a network of professional peers, Chief members must be in an executive position. A full list of application criteria is detailed in the next section of this article.

Chief Membership Criteria
The criteria below is how Chief evaluates applications. However, because titles vary by organization, industry, and geography, Chief reviews every application on an individual basis to determine fit based on current and prior leadership experience.
Offer Terms & Conditions
Applications must be received by 11:59 pm on May 15, 2024 to be eligible for consideration. Selections will be made and recipients notified by March 22, 2024.
- Applicants are subject to the Chief application and interview process.
- Only valid for United States Industrious members. Industrious Virtual Members are not permitted to apply.
- Industrious will subsidize the Chief membership fee for eight selected members for the first year. The member is responsible for Chief membership fees after the first year.
