Industrious announced it will open a new location at the Cherry Creek Shopping Center in Denver in late 2020. The 25,000-square-foot retail space will feature shared workplaces and private offices. This will be the company’s second Denver location.
“Denver has been a strong market for Industrious; our location in the city’s Central Business District has been at complete occupancy for nearly a year as we continue to see solid demand for our product,” said Justin Stewart, president and co-founder of Industrious. “Cherry Creek Shopping Center is one of the finest centers in the country and it is located within one of Denver’s most desirable neighborhoods; there’s no question that our members will love working in the space.”
“The addition of Industrious will give us the ability to bring new companies and customers to the center, while also providing an elevated workspace experience for our existing customers,” said Jeramy Burkinshaw, general manager, Cherry Creek Shopping Center. “Coworking space is in high demand and this is another example of our commitment to continue to transform the center to keep up with ever-changing consumer behavior, tastes and desires.”
The Denver location will mark the third project for Industrious and Taubman Centers, Inc. Together, the companies opened Industrious Country Club Plaza (Kansas City, MO) in late 2019, and will open Industrious at The Mall at Short Hills (Short Hills, NJ) this spring. Industrious has 90 locations across more than 45 U.S. cities. Its existing Denver location is at 1801 California Street, the second-tallest building in both Denver and Colorado.
