We’re thrilled to announce the official opening of our second Minneapolis location. Industrious North Loop anchors T3, the largest timber-framed structure in the United States and one of the Twin Cities’ most stunning buildings.
Since opening our original Minneapolis coworking space in November of 2015 at RBC Plaza, we’ve developed an amazing community of entrepreneurs, small businesses, and satellite teams from global brands. Our expanded network allows us to welcome more members, and give them complimentary access to two great workspaces.
Modern Amenities, Vintage Design
“T3 is a truly amazing building,” said Bryant Au, Industrious North Loop Community Manager. “It’s not hard to see why this is the type of office you could actually be excited about coming to every morning.” Building amenities include a rooftop terrace with wifi and grills, an on-site fitness center with shower facilities, and a bike repair station.
Industrious’ 34,000 square foot workspace on the second floor, is without a doubt one of the most unique locations in our entire network. Its design channels Minnesota’s natural beauty and industrial heritage with floor-to-ceiling warehouse-style windows, exposed brick, and timber accents throughout.
In addition to common areas, cafes, breakout space, and conference rooms, our North Loop location includes 65 private offices, as well as two of Industrious’ signature Canvas suites for enterprise teams.
“Our founding group of members is really diverse,” said Au. “We have a mix of large and small teams from a wide range of industries, which makes for an especially strong sense of community.”
A Creative Workspace Made for the North Loop
Just north of Downtown, the North Loop is Minneapolis’ fastest-growing neighborhood. Converted warehouses are now home to startups, design studios, and some of the city’s best restaurants. Located at 323 North Washington Avenue on the Cedar Lake Trail, Industrious offers instant access to the best of the North Loop and beyond.
“It’s perfect location,” said Au. “There’s so much to love within walking distance, and being a block away from Target Field Station makes it super convenient for members to get here.”
The North Loop is known for dining and nightlife and some favorites near Industrious include The Bachelor Farmer, Spoon and Stable, and within T3, Dalton & Wade for whiskey and southern-style home cooking. “We’ve partnered with some great restaurants, breweries, and coffee roasters in the neighborhood,” said Au. “It’s a great way to give our happy hours and member events a bit of local flavor.”
