Today is opening day at our third Atlanta location. Industrious Atlanta – West Midtown anchors the Stockyards complex, a brand new mixed-use development on Brady Avenue that combines office space, dining, and retail.

Industrious’s 19,000-square-foot workspace is part of a beautifully restored set of warehouses that originally date from the early 1900s. In recent years, the area around the former Miller Union Stockyards has turned into a hub for Atlanta’s tech and creative industries.

Located in the Heart of the Revitalized Westside

“It’s exciting to be part of the Westside’s transformation,” said Aaron Fender, Industrious West Midtown Community Manager. “It’s a hip part of town, but also a real neighborhood. There are so many great restaurants in the area, which is one big reason why more and more people are choosing to live here, and why companies like Red Bull have built offices here.”

Some nearby favorites include Miller Union (Atlanta magazine’s second highest rated restaurant of 2017), brunch staple West Egg Cafe, and The Optimist, a seasonal seafood shack and cocktail bar from James Beard Foundation-recognized chef, Ford Fry. Just outside Industrious’ doors, Stockyards will also be home to Donetto, a Tuscan Italian restaurant, as well as the Painted Duck, a boutique bowling alley and bar.

Coworking and Private Offices for Teams of 1–40

Our workspace is inspired by the Stockyards history. The building’s design incorporates hallmarks of industrial design, including exposed brick walls, steel pillars, and floor-to-ceiling windows. In addition to more than 50 private offices, the West Midtown Industrious will also feature a Canvas suite for larger teams of 25-40.

West Midtown joins our two existing locations around town (in Midtown’s Silhouette Building and at Ponce City Market). However, its hold on the title of “newest Industrious in Atlanta” will be short-lived: our fourth location opens this December in Buckhead.
