Workplace provider will manage tenant experience for entire building on West 37th Street; the
53,000 square-foot space marks Industrious’ 11th location in New York City

NEW YORK, NY (November 19, 2020) — Industrious — the highest-rated workplace provider in the industry — today announced its partnership with Sioni Group to operate the real estate company’s new building at 44 West 37th Street in Manhattan’s bustling Herald Square neighborhood. Marking a first for Industrious, the company will manage the overall tenant experience at the newly constructed 15-story building from the ground up, bringing its signature style of service to all of the building’s tenants, guests and vendors. The centerpiece of the agreement will be 14 individual Canvas by Industrious office suites, one per floor, signifying Industrious’ 11th New York City location overall and the third new space in the City announced so far in 2020.

With its first whole building management location, Industrious Herald Square will unlock new ways to showcase 44 West 37th Street while providing safe, welcoming workspace for its tenants. This includes entrance and lobby design and management, where an Industrious team will be permanently stationed to greet members and serve as a point of contact for in-person support and create seamless lines of communication throughout the building. Benefits of managing from the ground up also include a dedicated broker team, the ability to quickly provide on-demand workspace for larger teams, and exterior branding that creates curb appeal and leads to a thoughtfully-designed welcome experience.

“New York City is our hometown market, and it’s been a year of consistent growth for us here so far,” said Jamie Hodari, Industrious Co-Founder and CEO. “We’re always looking to expand and elevate our workplace delivery, so having the opportunity to manage the tenant experience of a new building in its entirety is a huge milestone. We’re grateful to Sioni Group for trusting us with this responsibility and we look forward to knocking it out of the park for their tenants.”

Industrious Herald Square expands the workplace provider’s New York City footprint to over 410,000 square-feet. Industrious has now signed, opened or taken over more than 750,000 square-feet of new space nationwide so far in 2020. Set to open in December, Industrious Herald Square will offer flexible office space near residential neighborhoods such as Murray Hill and Chelsea, providing a low-commute alternative for those working from home. It is also conveniently located near transportation hubs including Grand Central Terminal, Penn Station and Port Authority Bus Terminal.

The building features 14 Canvas by Industrious private office suites, Industrious’ signature private and customizable office solution for large teams, with an individual office suite spanning each floor. A selection of floors feature private terraces, while all tenants will have access to a wellness room and ample bike storage.

Industrious provides productive and engaging workplaces for companies of all sizes and stages. Around the country, past and present Industrious members include: Cisco, Lyft, Spotify, Heineken, Chipotle, Pinterest, and Salesforce.
