In the past, we’ve received feedback that our members want to learn more about the ins and outs of their memberships. I’m excited to share we’re starting Ask an MxM, a brand new column dedicated to answering all the pressing questions you may have — and even a few you might not think to ask.

Consider me your Membership Mentor. For those of you who don’t know me, I’ve got a hefty hospitality background and extensive in-office Industrious experience. I love to get creative with finding new ways for my local members to get the most out of their Industrious memberships, so I’m beyond stoked to do the same for you!
