Mary is the Operations Associate at Industrious Minneapolis Downtown. Prior to working at Industrious, she worked in the performing arts as a Ticketing Supervisor at Minnesota Orchestra and most recently as the Box Office Manager at the Dakota Jazz Club. Her passion for learning about people and hearing their stories is what sparked her interest in working at Industrious as she fondly remembers what being a member is like and truly valued the connections made during that time. Outside the office, she enjoys performing, visiting local breweries, playing games (video & board alike!), and sometimes just being at home with her cat Telulah. She hails from North Dakota, but has lived in Minneapolis since 2013 having graduated from Augsburg University with a Bachelor of Arts in Vocal Performance.

Charles is the Community Manager at Industrious Downtown Minneapolis. He has a lengthy hospitality background and has previously worked in retail for over 25 years. He has his Communication BA from the University of Minnesota. When he is not working or studying, he is cooking and baking for his friends any chance he gets.
