Caroline is an Operations Associate with Industrious based out of the South Florida Market. Born and raised in Miami, she appreciates her backyard for the tourist destination it is and has been able to refine and master the art of hospitality with all walks of life. She dedicated six professional years with Marriott Intl., which allowed her growth into managing operations at a 300 room property by Miami Intl. Airport. When exploring her passions for servicing and making genuine connections with people, she puts herself in the heart of operations to ensure that operations never loses heart itself. In her free time, she is either looking for a good laugh in good company, looking for the next big trip, or being a homebody with her daughter and Pomsky, Apollo!

Christian is the Community Manager at Industrious Brickell. Prior to joining Industrious Christian helped grow Vale Food Company, a small meal delivery service in Tallahassee, to over 6 restaurants throughout Florida. He received his B.S. in Marketing from Florida State, and enjoys discussing the emerging science of Neuromarketing. In the case he is not watching sports, Christian enjoys playing them. His biggest fear is the retirement of Tom Brady.

Amanda is the Operations Associate at Industrious Brickell. Prior to joining Industrious, Amanda worked as the Workplace Associate for an Ad Tech company here in Florida, creating employee events and recognition programs enhancing company culture. Amanda received her B.A. in Communications from St. Thomas Aquinas College, in Sparkill, NY. Though a New Yorker at heart, both of her parents are from the island of St. Lucia, Amanda enjoys fun in the sun, so what better place to be than in Miami!
