Our private office spaces come fully furnished with ergonomic chairs and desks, and move-in ready with Wi-Fi, utilities, cleaning, mail handling, meeting room access, and hospitality support all included.

Private Office members have access to shared coworking lounges, phone booths, wellness rooms, meeting spaces, daily breakfast and snacks, craft coffee, community programming, and more (it's a long list).

Members have 24/7 access to their office, and locations are staffed by Member Experience Managers and Member Experience Associates Monday — Friday from 8:00 AM — 5:00 PM.

All Industrious locations include blazing-fast Wi-Fi with speeds up to 300/300 Mbps—up to 3x the industry norm—designed to support video calls, large file transfers, and seamless day-to-day work. Members benefit from enterprise-grade network security built on controls aligned with leading standards, including SOC 2, ISO 27001, and HIPAA security requirements. All members are provisioned with a private VLAN for added security and reliability, while complimentary guest Wi-Fi is available for visitors and meetings.

Guests are always welcome at Industrious. Private Office Members can host up to two guests per month in our Coworking areas. Additional guests are allowed for meeting reservations. Members can also host their own events in our space; contact your Member Experience Manager to learn more.
