Our meeting and event spaces are open to both members and non-members alike. Whether you're planning a client presentation, workshop, networking session or private celebration, we'd be delighted to host you.

Our spaces are designed to be as seamless and plug-and-play as possible. Every booking comes with enterprise-grade Wi-Fi, basic AV support (projector/screen and microphones), as well as access to our pantry amenities including water, tea and coffee. We believe in keeping things transparent and flexible. Should there be any additional costs such as service fee for external catering, extended venue hours, specialised technical support or premium catering requirements, these will always be clearly communicated in your quotation. Any post-event add-ons will be reflected in a different invoice for clarity.

Our spaces across Singapore, Hong Kong, Bangkok and Sydney are intentionally designed to be versatile and adaptable. From intimate workshops of 10 guests to networking cocktails and town halls hosting over 100 attendees, our experienced team will recommend the most suitable setup for your event. We are able to support various set-ups across theatre-style, classroom, boardroom or lounge-style layouts depending on the experience you'd like to create.

To secure your preferred date, we require an endorsed agreement along with full payment within 14 days credit terms or before the event date, whichever is earlier. We understand that plans may occasionally shift. Should you need to postpone your event, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice prior to the scheduled date. Postponed events can be rescheduled within 3 months from the original event date, subject to venue availability. Cancellations are unfortunately not permitted once the agreement has been formally endorsed. The full contract value will remain payable, and all payments made will be non-refundable.

We have a curated list of preferred catering partners, all of whom are familiar with our venues and operational requirements. Should you prefer to engage your own caterer, a standard cleaning fee does apply. Reach out to our Events Team and we'll be happy to share more details.

While our common spaces operate as shared areas during the day, we do offer exclusive bookings for evening and weekend events to ensure complete privacy for your guests. For daytime activations, clear event signages and thoughtful zoning are put in place to maintain a comfortable experience for both your guests and our member community.

Our Events Team will be on hand to assist with basic AV setup and troubleshooting upon arrival. For larger-scale productions, hybrid panel discussions or events requiring dedicated live-streaming and multi-camera support, we recommend engaging a professional production crew to ensure everything runs seamlessly.

Onze vergader- en evenementenruimtes zijn open voor zowel leden als niet-leden. Of u nu een klantpresentatie, workshop, netwerksessie of privéviering plant – wij ontvangen u graag.

Onze ruimtes zijn ontworpen om zo naadloos en direct inzetbaar mogelijk te zijn. Elke boeking omvat enterprise-grade Wi-Fi, basis AV-ondersteuning (projector/scherm en microfoons), evenals toegang tot onze pantry-faciliteiten inclusief water, thee en koffie. Eventuele aanvullende kosten, zoals servicekosten voor externe catering, verlengde venueuren of gespecialiseerde technische ondersteuning, worden altijd duidelijk gecommuniceerd in uw offerte.

Onze ruimtes in Singapore, Hongkong, Bangkok en Sydney zijn bewust ontworpen om veelzijdig en aanpasbaar te zijn. Van intieme workshops van 10 gasten tot netwerkrecepties en town halls met meer dan 100 deelnemers, ons ervaren team zal de meest geschikte opstelling aanbevelen. We ondersteunen theater-, klaslokaal-, boardroom- of lounge-opstellingen.

Om uw voorkeursdatum te bevestigen, vereisen we een ondertekende overeenkomst samen met volledige betaling binnen 14 dagen of vóór de evenementdatum, afhankelijk van wat eerder is. Als u uw evenement moet uitstellen, vragen we minimaal 48 uur van tevoren bericht. Uitgestelde evenementen kunnen binnen 3 maanden worden omgeboekt. Annuleringen zijn helaas niet mogelijk zodra de overeenkomst formeel is ondertekend.

We hebben een samengestelde lijst van voorkeurscateraars, die allemaal vertrouwd zijn met onze locaties. Als u uw eigen cateraar wilt inzetten, gelden standaard schoonmaakkosten. Neem contact op met ons Evenemententeam voor meer details.

Hoewel onze gemeenschappelijke ruimtes overdag als gedeelde gebieden functioneren, bieden we exclusieve boekingen aan voor avond- en weekendevenementen om volledige privacy voor uw gasten te waarborgen. Voor dagactivaties zorgen duidelijke evenementbordjes en doordachte zonering voor een comfortabele ervaring voor iedereen.

Ons Evenemententeam staat klaar om bij aankomst te helpen met de basis AV-installatie en probleemoplossing. Voor grootschalige producties, hybride paneeldiscussies of evenementen met livestreaming en meercameraondersteuning, raden we aan een professioneel productieteam in te huren.
