Our Bethesda Team
Latdavone (Lat) is a Community Manager at Industrious Bethesda. She was born in Laos and raised in Silver Spring, Maryland. Prior to joining Industrious, Lat spent two and half years at Instacart and 10 years as an elementary school teacher. In her free time, you can find her in the kitchen whipping up a delicious meal, spending time with her family, traveling the globe, or snuggled into a good book.
Luis is an Operations Associate at Industrious Bethesda. He is a Maryland native, currently living in Arlington, Virginia, and is ecstatic to be returning home to join the Industrious team. Luis has experience working in the food service and hospitality industry for over a decade and even had a brief stint as a quality control technician in the construction industry as well. With a passion and eye for the arts, he pursued a Media Arts and Animation degree at the Art Institute of Washington for a few years. Outside of Industrious, Luis can be found serving his community and flying to other countries to assist those in need. For fun, he writes short stories and screenplays in addition to watching and studying film in anticipation for the Academy Awards.
