Jamie Hodari

Co-Founder & CEO

Jamie Hodari is the CEO and Co-founder of Industrious, the largest premium workplace provider in the U.S. Under his leadership, Industrious has grown to over 90 locations across more than 45 cities, has achieved the best unit economics in the industry, and pioneered the evolution to landlord partnerships over traditional leases. Prior to Industrious, Jamie was CEO of Kepler, a hedge fund analyst at Birch Run Capital, a corporate lawyer at Sullivan & Cromwell, and a reporter for the Times of India. He holds a J.D. from Yale Law School, an M.P.P. from Harvard University, and a B.A. from Columbia University.

Justin Stewart

Co-Founder & President

Justin is the President and Co-Founder of Industrious. Previously Justin served as Director of Acquisitions and Operations at Windham Development and Windham China, where he headed their US Real Estate operations. He was previously a Vice President at Madison Realty Capital, but his career highlight will forever be the time he worked for the writing team at the Late Show with his childhood idol, David Letterman. He is the childhood next-door neighbor of Industrious co-founder Jamie Hodari, allowing them an early start dreaming about the future of office space. Justin can be found living with his wife and daughter in Dumbo, Brooklyn along with their dog, confusingly named Chicken. Justin holds a Graduate Certification in Real Estate Finance and Development from NYU and a B.A. from Indiana University.

Michael Robson

Chief Operating Officer

Michael is the Chief Operating Officer of Industrious. Prior to Industrious, he was the General Manager of the Enterprise business at General Assembly, a global education institution empowering people to successfully pursue the work they love. Under his watch, the Enterprise business rapidly expanded to deliver high-quality training across 35 countries to thousands of employees from the world’s leading organizations. Michael started his career at McKinsey & Company where he spent 8 years working with senior executives in the financial services, consumer products, and high tech industries. He lives in Brooklyn, New York, but is fiercely proud to be an Australian. Michael holds a B.Comm and a B.A. from The University of Queensland, and an MBA from Stanford Business School.

Michael Echenberg

Chief Financial Officer

Michael is the Chief Financial Officer of Industrious. Before joining Industrious, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Care.com; under his leadership, the company achieved profitability — and then maintained profitable growth. Previously, he was Chief Strategy Officer at Weight Watchers International. He began his career as a management consultant, most recently at McKinsey & Company. Michael received his bachelor’s degree from Harvard University and his MBA from Harvard Business School. He lives in Brooklyn, but remains proudly Canadian.

Dilan Gomih

Chief of Staff

Dilan is Chief of Staff to the CEO at Industrious. In addition to her role as Chief of Staff, Dilan is also focused on building out and elevating Industrious’ wellness business. Prior to joining Industrious, Dilan worked at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in Foreign Exchange Sales and Senior Relationship Management, and more recently at Equinox in Strategy. In her spare time, Dilan is heavily involved in the wellness space. She is an indoor cycling instructor at Flywheel Sports and a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) certified personal trainer (CPT), corrective exercise specialist (CES), and life coach. Dilan holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and received her B.A at Yale University in Political Science Interdisciplinary African Studies.

Anna Squires Levine

GM of N.A. Coworking

Anna is the GM of N.A. Coworking at Industrious. Previously, Anna was the co-founder of Run for America, a bipartisan political consulting firm electing the next generation of leaders to Congress, and the founding President of Born Free Africa, a private initiative to end pediatric HIV. Under her leadership, Born Free opened operations in the U.S., Nigeria, and Kenya and contributed to a 60% global decline in children newly infected with HIV. Anna started her career at McKinsey & Company, where she spent 4 years working with business and public sector leaders in healthcare. Anna can often be found cooking for friends and family in her tiny NYC kitchen or practicing her deadlift. She has been recognized by Forbes 30 Under 30, is a World Economic Forum Global Shaper, and holds a B.S. in Chemistry from Brown University.

Evan Fain

GM of Enterprise

Evan is the GM of Enterprise at Industrious. Before joining, he was the first employee and VP Marketing & Business Development at CourseHorse, a leading education startup. Earlier, he worked in Strategy & Analytics for Patch, AOL’s hyperlocal news network, and Co-Founded DealsForDeeds, a social enterprise. Evan started his career in management consulting at The Avascent Group, where he focused on growth and M&A strategy within the aerospace, space and defense industries. Outside of work, you’ll find him volunteering at the tech education nonprofit Code/Interactive, trying to keep up with the group on bike trips, and going on occasional historic walking tours. Evan holds a B.A in International Relations and Urban Studies from The University of Pennsylvania and lives in NYC.

Zubin Canteenwalla

SVP of Real Estate

Zubin is the SVP of Real Estate at Industrious. Prior to Industrious, he served as Executive Vice President of Operations at Common Living, a technology-enabled co-living property management company. Previously, he led east coast expansion for AltSchool, an education technology company that operated K-8 schools. Before that, he was a Partner at a sustainability-focused venture capital fund and had various operating roles in startups. Zubin holds a B.Sc. in Engineering from Queen’s University and an MBA from Columbia University. He currently lives in New Jersey with his wife and three boys.

Sara Devitt

VP of People

Prior to Industrious, Sara Devitt was the Vice President in Human Resources, where she led the Organizational Development teams at Healthfirst, a not-for-profit, hospital-sponsored health insurance company in New York. Her group was responsible for building and maintaining the company’s talent infrastructure, including Leadership Development, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, and Organizational Culture. Additionally, she led Organizational Change Management to ensure the organization was prepared for and ready for major changes across the company. Prior to Healthfirst, Sara was the Practice Director of Corporate Learning Services at Harvard Business School Publishing, charged with extending the global reach of Harvard Business School Publishing Corporate Learning products and services.

Bonnie Lee

VP of Design & Construction

Bonnie is the Head of Design and Construction at Industrious. She was previously the Senior Director of Construction at Tough Mudder, the world’s leading obstacle course race company-over 2 million people have participated in her thrilling obstacles. Under her leadership, the construction department expanded globally to 11 countries and introduced modular construction methods to the obstacle designs for the most cost effective and standardized builds. Previously she was a project manager for a mechanical design build contractor in the Bay Area, working on projects for clients such as Google, Sutter Health, Amgen, Stanford Hospital, and Dupont Fabros Technologies. Outside of Industrious, Bonnie can be found making homemade pasta, searching the city for the best slice, and doing some hot yoga to burn off those carbs. She holds a BS in Architectural Engineering degree from Penn State.

Eivind Karlsen

VP of Product

Eivind is the VP of Product at Industrious. Before joining Industrious he was a Senior Consultant at AECOM in the Strategy+ group where he advised on the design and real estate strategies for a number of private institutions, public companies and federal agencies in the US and Canada. Eivind cut his teeth as a designer at Rangr Studio, Robert A.M. Stern Architects, Young Projects and Luckey. He has completed projects in the US, the Dominican Republic, and the United Kingdom. He holds a B.A. from Yale University and he received his M.Arch. from Columbia University. He has taught design studios at Columbia University’s Graduate School of Architecture, Planning and Preservation and was an Adjunct Associate Researcher at Columbia’s Center for Urban Real Estate. When he is not designing the next great Industrious location, he enjoys skiing, racing sailboats, and adventurous conversations. You may also encounter him walking around the industrial outskirts of some European city in search of a can of Irn-Bru.

Jean Seok

VP of Digital

Jean is the VP of Digital at Industrious. She was previously at NewsCred, the leader in B2B content marketing, where she ran product and design. Prior to this she was the CEO of ed tech startup Learningpod and Executive Director of User Experience at Kaplan. In her spare time she has taught web design at New York University and served on the board of documentary film nonprofit, Arts Engine. She was also a cable news reporter, but these days much prefers being behind a camera than in front of one. Jean holds a bachelor’s degree in Life Science from Ewha Womans University in Seoul and earned her Master’s degree from the Interactive Telecommunications Program (ITP) at New York University. She loves good books, bad movies and all dogs.

Myra Cortado

VP of Corporate Development

Myra is the VP of Corporate Development at Industrious. Previously Myra was the Chief of Staff and VP of Strategy at Verve Mobile, and has also held multiple strategy and partnership roles in media. She started her career in investment banking with JPMorgan, where she held positions in the firm’s London, New York, and Hong Kong offices. At JPMorgan, she worked with private equity and corporate clients to raise over $2 billion in debt and mezzanine financing. Myra has been a sponsor/mentor with Student Sponsor Partners, an organization that provides low-income students with private high school education, for over a decade. She enjoys anything outdoors, not training for the marathon anymore, and hosting elaborate dinner parties. Myra has an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BSFS from Georgetown’s School of Foreign Service.

Anthony Fears

Head of HR

Anthony is the Head of HR at Industrious. Prior to joining Industrious, Anthony was the Director of People at Managed by Q – known as the operating system for offices, Q manages all activities through a robust technology platform and services handled by Q’s field staff and partner network. Under his leadership, Managed by Q grew rapidly to over 600 employees in four major markets and completed multiple venture rounds. Anthony started his HR career in the retail industry with Nordstrom, where he spent three years helping to expand the brand in the Carolinas focusing on high performing talent and hospitality. In his spare time, you can find Anthony rooting for his hometown Pittsburgh Steelers, enjoying local coffee as he travels the world, and seeking out new and interesting spots to fly his drones. Anthony holds the SHRM-SCP certification, a B.S. from Youngstown State University and an MHR from the University of South Carolina.

Rachael Gursky

Head of Customer Experience

Rachael is the Head of Customer Experience at Industrious. Before joining Industrious, Rachael was at Starwood Hotels & Resorts on the Brand Strategy team and then the Sheraton Global Brand Management team. Prior to working on the brand side of the hotel business, she was on the real estate side as a Project Manager for the Design and Construction team at hotel ownership group RLJ Lodging Trust. In her free time, Rachael helps lead Project Spark, a non-profit that supports sustainable relief efforts through education, health care, and micro-loans in Guatemala. Rachael lives in NYC and can often be found on a soccer field trying to appear graceful and not set the record for most number of falls in a season. She holds a B.S. from the Cornell Hotel School and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Chris Backus

Director of Systems & Technology

Chris is the Director of Systems & Technology at Industrious. Prior to Industrious, Chris held a variety of positions at the world’s largest hedge fund, Bridgewater Associates, which ranged from analyzing clients’ portfolios to transforming Bridgewater’s internal operations. Prior to that, he rounded out his experiences with designing UAVs for the Department of Defense, developing the next generation of razor blades, and assessing the profitability of wind farms. Chris holds an MBA from Columbia Business School, a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Columbia University (where he geeked out building a solar-powered hovercraft), and a BA from Bates College. Outside of work, he enjoys getting on the water, kiteboarding, and sailing, and planning his next African safari with his wife and two daughters.

Matthew Podell

Director of Legal

Matt is the Director of Legal at Industrious. Prior to Industrious, Matt served for several years as General Counsel of XpresSpa, the international day spa chain operating chiefly in airports. Joining XpresSpa at the startup phase, Matt guided and advised the company along its journey from a single-spa operation at JFK’s Terminal 1 to a thriving international network that was ultimately acquired by a public company. Before becoming an in-house lawyer, Matt worked as an associate at two New York City law firms. Matt is passionate about all aspects of food, and in his free time can often be found checking out interesting new restaurants or perusing the local farmers’ markets for ingredients. A native New Yorker, Matt lives in Manhattan with his wife, daughter, and their copper-colored furball of a cat, Penny. Matt holds a B.A. in English from Cornell University and a J.D. from Boston College Law School.

Ashley Robinson

Controller

Ashley is the Controller at Industrious. Prior to joining Industrious, Ashley worked in SEC Reporting and Consolidations at The Madison Square Garden Company and at Home Box Office (HBO). She also spent 5 years in public accounting at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where she spent some time working in their National Office. Ashley has a M.S in Accountancy from the University of Missouri – Columbia and a B.S in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting and minors in Mathematics and Spanish from Saint Louis University. She is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Valerie Jaffee

Regional Manager

Valerie is a Regional Manager with Industrious. She has a communications consulting background, and could spend all day chatting about diversity in entrepreneurship. With a vegetarian appetite in barbecue country, Valerie spends her time seeking out veggies, hiking, kayaking, and rock climbing. She holds an MPP from Duke University and a BA/BS from UC Berkeley.

Barry Shaw

Regional Manager

Barry is a Regional Manager at Industrious. He previously worked as General Manager at MakeSpace where he oversaw Field and Warehousing Operations for the NYC & NJ markets. Prior to that he was Director of Event Production at Tough Mudder and responsible for 1/3 of the company’s North American event calendar. He’s a veteran, having served as a Division Officer aboard the Aircraft Carrier USS Kitty Hawk, then stationed in Japan. A South African native by birth, but now proud New Yorker, Barry’s interests include collecting vinyl, photography and graphic design as well as running and cycling. He holds a BS from the U.S. Naval Academy and an MPP from Georgetown University.

Marie Adrian

Regional Manager

Marie is a Regional Manager for the Midwest at Industrious. Born and raised in Stillwater, MN, she crossed state lines to attend the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She then jumped into a career in Food & Beverage with The Ritz Carlton Hotel Company in Marina del Rey, CA. It is there that her passion for company culture, wine and ordering too much food for the whole table was born. Upon moving back to Minnesota Marie joined the Industrious team as a Community Manager, married her high school sweetheart and welcomed her first son. When not working, Marie is more than likely spending time with her family, chatting around the dinner table for hours.

Mark Hamblin

Regional Manager

Mark is the Regional Manager for the West at Industrious. Prior to Industrious, Mark was a career retail leader for companies such as Target, Apple and Amazon. Most recently, Mark led the west coast expansion for Capital One Cafés. Mark holds a B.S. in Business Management from Binghamton University. He is a native New Yorker who now calls the Bay Area home. Outside of work, Mark is always looking for a new adventure, especially if it includes traveling the world.

AJ Barrera

Software Engineer

Anthony is a Full Stack Software Engineer at the newly established and growing engineering team at Industrious. Before his time here, Anthony was an Integration Engineer at a small web company where he quickly and effortlessly created new product features that clients requested. Anthony received a B.E. In computer engineering and an M.S. in computer science at the Grove School of Engineering, where he also taught two undergrad computer science courses. Outside of the office, you’ll probably find Anthony scouting out areas for the best eateries, hiking somewhere up in Westchester County, or even relaxing at home and planning out his next crafty project to build up.

Alan Vurgait

National Project Manager

Alan is the National Project Manager at Industrious. Prior to joining Industrious, Alan was a part of the Pre-construction Team at Clark Construction Group, where he helped the company procure and price new construction projects. He is originally from Caracas, Venezuela, but spent most of his childhood in sunny Miami. Outside of Industrious, Alan enjoys cheering on the Miami sports teams, attending concerts, and playing basketball. Alan holds a BS in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University.

Alan Yang

Regional Facilities Manager

Alan is a Regional Facilities Manager at Industrious. After graduating from UCLA with a B.A. in Business Economics, he worked in commercial real estate managing portfolios for multiple Los Angeles developers. Outside of the office, Alan enjoys traveling, playing sports and trying new recipes.

Alexandra Cukier

Senior Manager of People Development

Alexandra Cukier is a Senior Manager of People Development at Industrious. As a trainer, facilitator and coach, she is particularly passionate about helping people to find purpose and success in their work-lives. She earned her master’s in Industrial/Organizational Psychology in 2012 and has since been working in the field of Learning & Development, most recently at VICE Media and Eileen Fisher. In her spare time, you’re likely to find her in the Catskills, at the dog park or curled up with a good book.

Alexis Piscazzi

National Project Manager

Adventure seeker and Ohio native, Alexis Piscazzi is an urban girl wannabe, and a lover of wine and ​Italian food. She is a Project Manager at Industrious. Alexis began her career educating children at the South-East Asia Center. After, she worked as an expert in operations and workplace culture at Merrick Ventures and its portfolio companies. Most recently, she was Industrious’s Regional Director and the Community Manager at Industrious Chicago. Alexis is not really limited to the work culture and operations business: she was an 8-time varsity letter winner in High School for volleyball and softball, and to her knowledge still holds the record for most awkward catch of the season in 2002. These days, she can be found popping around the country and brainstorming how to make people’s days with her colleagues and members. Alexis holds a B.S. from THE Ohio State University.

Alford Northcutt

Area Manager

Alford joins Industrious with an extensive background in hospitality and business management after co-owning and overseeing the daily operation a 243-room, full-service hotel for over twelve years. He earned his BA at the University of Washington and is a passionate Seattle sports fan. Outside of the office, you will find him spending time with his wife and two sons traveling, skiing/snowboarding, or catching a game.

Ali Grobe

National Project Manager

Ali is a National Project Manager at Industrious. Prior to joining the Industrious team, Ali was a Manager of Store Planning at Saks Fifth Avenue, successfully guiding the design and construction processes for both new stores as well as major renovations. She has also held positions at Tiffany & Company in New York, as well as Fox Architects in Bethesda, Maryland where she focused on high end residential design. Ali is a licensed architect and holds a Bachelor of Architecture from The University of Notre Dame as well as a Master of Arts in Interior Design from the Corcoran School of the Arts at George Washington University. Ali lives in NYC with her husband, and when not busy planning how to spend all of their money on travel, she can be found scouring Humane Society pages to find the perfect dog.

Alice Chang

Designer

Alice is a Designer at Industrious. Prior to joining the team, Alice worked at JIDK and Dani Arps design studios helping young entrepreneurs realize their dream offices in New York City. Some of her past projects include overseeing the design and build-out of SeatGeek, Eligible API, and Uncharted Play headquarters. Outside of Industrious, you can find Alice working on her first pull-up at the BKB, planning her next trekking adventure or practicing the latest choreography with her Cuban salsa performance group, Fuákata. Alice holds a B.F.A. in Drawing and Painting from OCAD University and an M.S. in Interior Design from the Pratt Institute.

Alice Wang

Customer Experience Researcher

Alice is a Customer Experience Researcher at Industrious. Previously, she was a strategist at Gensler, an architecture and design firm focused on the workplace. She holds a degree in Design Research & Human-Computer Interaction from Cornell University. Outside of the office, Alice is either eating or thinking about eating.

Amitha Kurmala

Technical Project Manager

Amitha is a Technical Project Manager at Industrious. Prior to joining Industrious, she managed client relationships and strategy at Novantas – a boutique consulting/tech company focused on the retail banking industry. Before Novantas, Amitha worked as a sell-side equity derivative strategist at BNP Paribas and Goldman Sachs. Amitha graduated from Cornell University with a BS in Operations Research & Engineering. She is currently pursuing her MBA at Columbia University. Her interests include tennis, basketball, and politics.

Amy Riggs

Design Manager

Amy Riggs is a Design Manager at Industrious. Before joining Industrious, Amy worked with Interior Architects in Seattle, providing design leadership for all phases of interiors projects in the U.S. and abroad. While at IA, Amy focused primarily on workplace design and held a lead role in the design and construction administration of a new global headquarters for a large online retailer based in Seattle. Along with architecture and interior design, Amy has a background in marketing, including a B.A. in Business Administration from Seattle Pacific University. In her free time, she can be found exploring the city, FaceTiming with family, and rooting for the Seahawks.

Amy Rishko

Recruiter

Amy is a Recruiter at Industrious. Prior to joining the team, she worked as a Recruiting Manager for Brooklyn Boulders, a Rock Climbing Gym, managing the recruitment process for 4 locations throughout the US and an HQ in Denver, CO. Previous to that, she worked as a Recruiter for the fast growing meal kit service Blue Apron and the ever so popular bite size stuffed cupcakes Baked by Melissa! She is an energetic and extremely passionate Recruiter always working on finding the best talent. Amy loves to spend time at Soulcycle or 305 Fitness, snagging hard to find make up products (particularly lipsticks) and eating almost anything with cheese in it! She has a BFA in Theatre Arts from Five Towns College and in 2011 starred in the US National Tour of Pippi Longstocking (the musical)!

Amy Tsao

National Project Manager

Amy Tsao is a National Project Manager with Industrious. Before joining Industrious, she was a Vendor Shop Construction Manager with Saks Fifth Avenue, forging relationships with high-end retail brands and building each brand’s store design concepts across North America. Other noted experiences are her work on new concept store design and roll outs at Coach Inc. and background in architecture and design with PBDW Architects. Each summer, Amy volunteers with the USTA at the US Open Tennis Championship in Flushing, Queens. Amy graduated from Columbia with a BA in Architecture and continues to be involved with Barnard College Career Development where she volunteers as a mentee.

Andrew Powers

Real Estate Manager

Andy is a Real Estate Manager at Industrious. He spent the first 4 years of his career as a consultant at EY, where the majority of his time was devoted to building its Managed Services business. Andy graduated from Cornell University with a BS in Applied Economics & Management. He begrudgingly roots for The Cleveland Browns, Cavaliers, and Indians. When he is not trying out a new NYC restaurant, he can be found on the basketball court or the golf course.

Anna Avanesyan

Tenant Experience Manager

Anna is a Tenant Experience Manager Manager at Industrious. Outside of her work, she enjoys simple things in order to be happy: taking a walk by the ocean with a good cup of tea. She loves traveling, a good sense of humor, being adventurous and trying new things. 

Anna Bixler

Launch Coordinator

Anna is a Launch Coordinator at Industrious. Prior to joining Industrious, she spent five years planning events for PPG Paints Arena as their Special Events Manager. When she isn’t busy working you can find her searching for the perfect cup of coffee, training for her next marathon, trying to live up to her title as “Best Auntie Ever,” and brainstorming her next big trip. Whether it’s a weekend getaway exploring a new city, or a trip abroad to see the Eiffel Tower, she is always filling up her planner with new adventures. Anna has a bachelor’s degree in hospitality from Slippery Rock University, where she also played volleyball.

Anna Peterson

Product Manager

Anna is a Product Manager at Industrious. Prior to joining, she was at Hudson’s Bay Company (HBC), the oldest company in North America known for owning the luxury and premium retailers Saks Fifth Avenue, Saks Off 5th, and Hudson’s Bay. During her tenure at HBC, she held various roles in the tech organization; however, in the last three years, she focused on Product, particularly delivering a homegrown CMS to author personalized content. She has a M.S. in Graphic Communications Management from Kean University in Union, NJ. When she’s not at work, she’s either with her dog, Butters, in their apartment in Brooklyn, making her boyfriend try new restaurants in their neighborhood, or ‘be-booping’ around the tri-state with her friends.

Anni Padilla

SHIFT Manager

Anni is the SHIFT Manager for Industrious in San Francisco. A California Culinary Academy alumnus, Anni has built her career around food, love, and family – serving as Culinary a Program Director at Sur La Table, Executive Matchmaker, and Private Chef for families prior to joining Industrious. In her free time, Anni can be found galivanting hiking trails with her Miniature Schnauzer, Sophi, heading to SoCal to host a family party, cooking up something tasty while listening to records, or hunting for original 80’s tin lunchboxes and vintage aprons at flea markets to add to her collection.

Ariel Charnowitz

Senior Analyst - FP&A

Prior to working at Industrious, Ariel worked on the Finance Team at Disney Theatrical Group, the live theater division of The Walt Disney Company. He helped support the FP&A efforts for the Broadway, Domestic Touring, and International productions, including the most recently released Frozen the Broadway Musical. Prior to Disney, he worked as a Staff Auditor at Ernst & Young (EY) in their Financial Services practice. Ariel graduated with a BBA in Accounting from Baruch College. Outside of work, he likes to play sports, travel, and write.

Ashley Lindeman

New Member Advisor

Ashley Schloss is a Member Development Associate at Industrious. Prior to joining the team, Ashley was a Travel Director, executing large format events for Maritz Travel Company. Ashley graduated from Southeast Missouri State University with a Bachelors Degree in Public Relations and Marketing.

Astrix Ferris

Designer

Astrix is a Designer at Industrious. She received her degree in Interior Design from the École Supérieure des Arts et Techniques in Paris. Prior to her role at Industrious, Astrix worked at Celano Design Studio where she honed her craft of creating experiences through design for the hospitality industry- focusing primarily on hotels, restaurants, and bars. She can often be found strolling the streets of her beloved Brooklyn, taking in the inspiration from the people and culture of the city. In her spare time, Astrix enjoys hosting dinner parties in her garden, perfecting recipes from her native France.

Bode Champagne

National Launch Manager

Prior to Industrious, Bode spent several years at Uber on the Pacific Northwest Operations team in Seattle. At Uber, Bode contributed to the launch of new markets, services, and strategic engagement programs including the company’s first corporate social responsibility initiative. Before Uber, Bode spent over six years at Starbucks Corporation in the organization’s hometown of Seattle starting as a barista and eventually launching the company’s first newly constructed Starbucks Reserve location as a Retail Operations Manager. Bode holds a B.Sc. in Marketing and Management from Western Governors University and a certificate in Project Management. Outside of work, Bode spends as much time outdoors as possible and enjoys many activities from land to sea!

Brody Conway

Senior Accountant

Brody is a Senior Accountant at Industrious. Before joining Industrious, Brody worked at Wyndham Destinations in Orlando, overseeing 9 of their resorts and handling the month end close preparation, journal entries, and monthly reconciliations. Brody earned his B.S. in Accounting from the University of Central Florida, located in Orlando, FL. During his time there he was a member of several organizations such as the Young Investor’s Club, Collegiate DECA, and Sigma Nu. Outside of Industrious, Brody enjoys playing basketball, watching football, and spending time outdoors.

Bryan Gough

Senior FP&A Manager

Bryan is Senior Manager, FP&A at Industrious. Previous to Industrious, Bryan was at TP ICAP where he held a number of business facing finance roles in both London and New York. Bryan in his role as Global Head of FP&A helped guide the firm through periods of market consolidation and regulatory change. Bryan hails from the south west of England but after many years spent in London, he now considers New York home. In his spare time, Bryan enjoys soccer where he tries to follow the ups and downs of his beloved home town team, Yeovil Town. Bryan also enjoys Italian food, traveling and spending time with his wife and 2 children. Bryan holds a Master’s degree in Accounting from the University of London and the FP&A and ACCA certifications.

Bryan Li

Software Engineer

Bryan is a Software Engineer at Industrious. He was a CPA prior to becoming a software developer. He worked on Kubricks, a port mapping troubleshooting tool for Kubernetes. He is passionate about Nodejs and Linux. His absolute obsession is reaching No. 1 Kata on Codewars. That day will come and it will be glorious. Outside of coding, he works on his hydroponic garden, and he’s part of the Army Reserve, so he’s always trying to run and do push-ups whenever he can.

Bryant Au

Real Estate Manager

Bryant is a Real Estate Manager at Industrious. After growing up outside Minneapolis, he made the move to Illinois to attend Bradley University, where he earned degrees in Economics and Political Science. Before joining Industrious, he spent the previous four years as a project manager developing affordable housing for a nationally recognized non-profit. When it’s August, you’ll probably find Bryant at the Minnesota State Fair holding a bucket of cookies and smiling joyously. The rest of the year is more of a toss up – but look for him outside on a trail, in a park pretending he’s athletic, or with friends encouraging them to do that thing that scares them.

Caitlyn McDaniel

National Project Manager

Caitlyn is a National Project Manager at Industrious. Prior to joining the team, she worked for Brasfield & Gorrie, one of the largest privately held General Contractors in the nation. Most of her time there was spent as a Project Manager on various construction projects throughout the southeast for clients ranging from Bridgestone Americas, Inc to Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta. Originally from Alabama, Caitlyn has a B.S. in Building Construction from Auburn University. Outside of Industrious, you can find Caitlyn listening to true crime podcasts, searching Atlanta for the best margarita, or pretending to be a runner.

Cameron Hitson

Tenant Experience Manager

Cameron is the Tenant Experience Manager at Industrious North Hollywood and Pasadena. Prior to Industrious, Cameron practiced law, both in house and at a large law firm. A Connecticut native, Cameron went to school in both South Carolina and Rhode Island. She moved from South Carolina to Los Angeles two years ago to experience life on the West Coast. In her free time, Cameron likes to hike, cook, and hang out with her family and friends and her dog, Everett.

Camille is Indiana born and raised and a graduate from Ball State University with a B.S. in Hospitality and Business Administration. In her free time, you can find her attending concerts, sporting events, painting, enjoying the outdoors and improving her baking skills!

Carolina is the Email Marketing Manager at Industrious. Most recently she worked in email marketing at Cater2me. Prior to that, Carolina worked in digital and retail marketing across B2B and B2C roles at start-ups and multinationals in NYC, SF, and Mexico. Carolina is originally from Mexico City, holds a BA in Graphic Design and an MS in International Marketing. Outside the office, you’ll find her in search of the best tacos in town, running marathons or hanging out with friends.

Carrie Hartman

Facilities Manager

Carrie is the West Coast Facilities Manager at Industrious. She has extensive Facilities Management experience working for several retail apparel companies. She has successfully managed a vast amount of locations throughout the US, Canada, and Mexico. Outside of Industrious, Carrie can be found enjoying time with her family, taking her dogs to play at the dog park and traveling to National Parks throughout the US.

Chris Lee

Design Associate

Chris is a Design Associate at Industrious. He received his B. Arch from the Spitzer School of Architecture at the City College of New York. Prior to joining the team, he worked at Domingo Gonzalez Associates helping to design the lighting for multiple schools, retail centers and transportation hubs throughout the country. Outside of Industrious, you can find Chris at various gyms and parks playing volleyball or at Chelsea Piers, learning how to do a proper front tuck.

Director of Growth

Chrissy is the Director of Growth at Industrious. She was previously the Head of Acquisition at Boxed, a tech startup in the retail space. Prior to that, she worked at HelloFresh, contributing to its success in becoming the #1 meal kit in the US. Chrissy has a BS in Marketing from the University of Scranton, where she was a member of the varsity softball team. Outside of the office, you can find her watching the New York Giants, trying to keep up with the latest shows, and hanging out with family & friends.

Christina is a Staff Accountant at Industrious. Previously, she worked as an accountant in the Healthcare and Insurance industry. In her free time she enjoys shopping for new home decor, traveling, experimenting with Pinterest recipes and spending time with her loved ones.

Christina is an IT Associate at Industrious. Prior to joining the Industrious team, Christina worked in the Information Security Department at Success Academy focusing on enhancing their security posture. She has worked in Technology since her college days at SUNY Oswego, where she obtained her degree in Information Science. In her free time, she is spending time with family, teaching her niece and nephew how to clam, crab and fish. Find her at the beach in the summer and skiing in the winter.

Christine is a Construction Coordinator at Industrious. Prior to joining the team, she worked at California Pizza Kitchen as a Construction Supervisor building full-service restaurants across the nation. Christine is typically found near or in the ocean. She loves playing beach volleyball, scuba diving, and watching sunsets on the sand. At home you will find her gardening, growing seasonal veggies, cooking for friends, and wishing she had a corgi. If she’s not home she’s off traveling somewhere new. Christine holds a BA in Art History from UCLA.

Christopher Gudgeon is a Procurement Associate at Industrious. Prior to joining the team, he worked for Blue Apron for several years in Planning and Procurement roles. During his time at Blue Apron, he developed and executed nationwide best practices for buying, forecasting, and managing the movement of inventory worth tens of millions of dollars tied to multiple P&L categories. Christopher was born and raised in Rome, Italy and is a graduate of the Edmund A. Walsh School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University.

Colleen is a UI/UX Designer at Industrious. Prior to joining Industrious, she worked at a digital marketing agency where she designed e-commerce and marketing experiences for large corporations. Outside of Industrious, she enjoys traveling around the world, spending time outdoors and as a recent Chicago transplant, exploring everything New York has to offer. Colleen holds a B.S. in Information Studies from the University of Michigan.

Courtney is the HR Coordinator at Industrious and a Brooklyn native. Prior to Industrious, she worked for the Brooklyn Academy of Music as the HR Assistant. She recently graduated from Brooklyn College with an M.A. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology with a concentration in Human Resources Management. Outside of work, you will find her developing new recipes and working on acrylic pours. She is passionate about making people feel welcome and celebrating the differences in others.

Dajha is a Regional Facilities Associate at Industrious. Before joining Industrious, she was a Workplace Experience Coordinator for CBRE on its Microsoft Account, where she oversaw the facility functions for the Microsoft Research office as well as other Microsoft teams remotely. Prior to that, she worked as a Pretrial Interviewer for the NYC Criminal Justice Agency. In her free time, Dajha enjoys freelance event planning, baking and traveling. Dajha holds a B.A. in Criminal Justice from St. John’s University.

Danessa is a Marketing Manager at Industrious. She has a B.B.A in Marketing from Texas State University and has a comprehensive background in Tech Startups. While with Tapingo, she wore many hats and successfully launched the application in over 100 markets across the US. Danessa is Houston born and raised so she loves Mexican food, the Houston Rockets, and all things Beyoncé. Having now lived on the West Coast for about half a decade she considers herself a local and indulges in all the best hikes and hidden eats in Los Angeles.

Dani is a Product Marketing Manager at Industrious. Prior to joining Industrious, Dani worked in customer acquisition and search engine optimization at Harry’s, a men’s shaving company. Previously, she worked in event marketing and demand generation at EverTrue, a fundraising software company based in Boston. Dani is originally from Upstate New York. She graduated from Syracuse University with a focus on Entrepreneurship and Emerging Enterprises at the Whitman School of Management. Outside of the office, you can find her exploring new restaurants, volunteering, taking a boxing class with friends or watching college basketball.

Daniel Costa

Assistant Project Manager

Daniel is an Assistant Project Manager at Industrious. Prior to Industrious, he worked as the Capital Projects Manager for the Brooklyn Academy of Music, where he oversaw a portfolio of construction projects, including the renovation of the culturally historic BAM Harvey Theater. Daniel is originally from New Jersey and graduated with a B.A. in International Studies from Fordham University. Outside of work, Daniel enjoys exploring his culinary side by cooking new and interesting dishes, running in Prospect Park and checking out the latest art gallery exhibits.

Daniel Hui is a Design Strategist at Industrious. His passion for megacities led him around the world, with stints working in Shanghai, Rome and Hong Kong. He previously worked at Rem Koolhaas’ Office for Metropolitan Architecture working on the largest urban projects in the world. As a designer, he is interested in how data is transforming place-making and city-planning. He holds a Masters in Architecture from Harvard and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Dartmouth.

Area Manager

Daniella is proud to be the Northeast Area Manager for Industrious. She was last seen as a founding operations team member of Collective Retreats, bringing luxury and stellar service into canvas tents and the great outdoors. She has also spent time tour managing for The Truth Initiative and working on events & innovations for Tough Mudder. While her past jobs have taken her all over the country and the world, as a proud Dartmouth grad and Philadelphia native, Daniella is beyond excited to make people feel at home while working right here on the East Coast. When she’s not working, she enjoys live music, quality time with her sisters & family, and adventures in the still-not-named bright red 1989 VW Westfalia Vanagon.

New Member Development Associate

Desi Howry is a New Member Development Associate at Industrious. Previously, she was on the sales team at MediaRadar, an ad sales tool designed to measurably increase ad revenue. Before that, she was an Account Executive at project management powerhouse Trello. Desi is originally from Memphis, Tennessee, but ventured up north to attend Princeton University, where she majored in East Asian Studies. When she’s not at Industrious, you can find her singing with NYC-based a cappella group Street Ready or dancing for the Brooklyn Kings Rugby League.

Diana Su

National Project Manager

Diana is a National Project Manager at Industrious. She was previously a project manager at Suffolk Construction, where she oversaw the construction of two large high-rise residential projects in the San Francisco Bay Area. Diana also worked at Webcor Builders, working on the virtual design and construction aspects for projects such as the Transbay Terminal and SFMOMA. Diana graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with a B.S. in Civil and Environmental Engineering and went on to get her Master’s degree at Stanford University in Construction Engineering and Management. In her free time, you can find her hanging out with her rescued senior dog, training for the next obstacle course race, hiking, rock climbing, or planning her next trip.

Dionne is an Area Manager at Industrious. Prior to Industrious, she developed her career path in hospitality, fitness and business development consulting. She cultivated her passion for hospitality and customer service living in New York while working in event planning and management. Most recently, she coached and consulted small business owners on everything from business basics and employee management to mastering the art of retail and merchandising to grow profitable and thriving businesses. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Journalism with a minor in Business Administration and Public Relations from Texas A&M University. Outside of work, Dionne can be found adding to her travel bucket list with friends, trying out the newest group fitness class, having a bite at the new hot-trend restaurant, and spending time with her cocker spaniel, Punkin Brewster.

He also previously held positions at Credit Agricole CIB and Antheus Capital. Doug graduated from Cornell University with a BS in Applied Economics & Management. Outside of work, Doug is a hopelessly optimistic Mets, Knicks & Giants fan, an avid watcher of Seinfeld, and outdoor enthusiast.

Launcher

Doug is a Launcher at Industrious. Prior to Industrious, Doug spent several years running the only lacrosse-specific company in Arizona. Doug holds a B.A. in Sports Management from Belmont Abbey College just outside of Charlotte, North Carolina where he was also a member of the nationally ranked Lacrosse program. Outside of work, Doug spends as much time as possible being active and still is involved with athletics by coaching a high school lacrosse program.

Drew is the Sr. Director, Learning & Development at Industrious. Previously, he was the head of talent, leadership & inclusion at Getty Images – a trusted source of editorial, sports, news and stock imagery with over 200 million assets from the worlds best photographers and videographers. Under his leadership the organization evolved their core values, adopted an integrated talent management strategy and laid the foundation for a culture of inclusion and learning; all in service of producing the next generation of stunning and inclusive content delivered by diverse and exceptional people. Prior to that, he spent over 10 years designing and implementing performance, talent, engagement, and leadership development programs, tools, and experiences for front-line employees to executives at Urban Outfitters, Nike, and Converse. Drew lives in Brooklyn and can be found reading a post-apocalyptic novel on his iPad, practicing a perfectly balanced cocktail or singing in the New York City Gay Men’s Chorus. He holds a masters degree in learning and organizational change from Northwestern University, studied organization dynamics at the University of Pennsylvania and Temple University and holds a bachelors degree in theatre from the University of Michigan.

Drew Miller

Drew is the Director of Construction at Industrious. Prior to joining Industrious, he was an Associate at Spacesmith—an Architecture, Planning, and Interior Design Firm—where he focused on strategic planning for the firm and led projects in luxury retail, corporate, nonprofit, and workplace strategy. Outside of work, Drew previously served as a board member for the New York City Chapter of Open Architecture Collaborative (formerly know as Architecture For Humanity), a nonprofit organization that provides design services for local, underserved communities. He is an avid runner and is always up for an outdoor adventure. Most often, he can be found exploring the mountains or city on foot. Drew holds a Bachelor of Architecture Professional Degree from Carnegie Mellon University.

Emily is a Regional Facilities Associate at Industrious. Prior to joining the Customer Experience team, Emily served on the Industrious Unit Operations team in both Denver and Atlanta locations; she also received her Masters and was a high school English teacher in a past life. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, kickboxing, and making up songs about her three pets.

Emily is a Manager of Special Projects at Industrious. Prior to joining Industrious, she worked as a retail Vendor Manager at Amazon, focusing on growing the Kids & Baby apparel business. She earned her BA in Arts Management from Luther College in beautiful Decorah, Iowa and started her retail career as a Project Manager with the Target Corporation in Minneapolis. Originally from Minnesota, she lives in Seattle and spends her spare time cooking for friends, planning weddings, and re-watching Parks & Recreation with her husband.

Erica is a Regional Facilities Manager at Industrious. She is proud to be Chicagoan, DePaul graduate, and White Sox fan. Erica worked all across the country in different areas of Facilities Management, in both Residential and Commercial sectors over the past decade. She is incredibly grateful for the opportunities and adventures this exciting career has allowed her to participate in over the years. She loves to travel, spend time with her family and friends, and listen to different types of music.

Erin McCrann

SHIFT Manager

Erin was born and raised in the suburbs of Boston but took a hiatus to head down south to the College of Charleston, where she graduated as a Business Administration and Hospitality & Tourism major. Erin’s entire professional career thus far has centered around the hospitality/event planning industries and has had the honor of working in several popular restaurants and wedding venues on the east coast. In most recent years, she served as the Events and Sales Manager for two establishments underneath Fenway Park, overseeing all social and corporate functions in addition to marketing efforts. In her free time, you can find Erin following her ‘travel bug’ to the next best destination, keeping active with friends and family around Boston.

Ethan Starkey

National Launcher

Ethan Starkey has been working to cultivate and connect people to their passions since first starting his career in the higher education realm. Ethan has extensive experience in creating and expanding experiential learning programs, as well as supporting college students in their day-to-day lives and pursuit of academic excellence. Ethan holds a BA in Telecommunications from Bowling Green State University, and a MS in Higher Education Administration from Florida International University. When he’s not home playing with his pup, Opie, you can find Ethan teaching his weekend cycling class in the city.

Faith Espinoza

Director of Facilities

Faith is the Director of Facilities at Industrious. Before joining Industrious, she was the Director of Facilities at Flywheel Sports, an indoor cycling experience, where she launched the company onto a cloud-based work order ticketing system and streamlined their maintenance and repair work orders. She managed the entire ecosystem, from their fast-paced, day to day work orders to larger capital projects including retrofits, renovations, and refreshes for their 40 locations. Prior to Flywheel Sports, Faith oversaw Kate Spade Facilities and Procurement Departments for three internal brands. She oversaw 140 locations during her tenure, and played a key role in opening 60 stores in the US, UK and Canada. She managed the purchasing department, including two distribution centers for all operating supplies for the fleet. She is passionate about hospitality and providing best in class facilities for luxury and commercial locations. During her spare time, you will find her cooking, going on hikes with her family, or hosting BBQs with friends while arguing with her husband about the superiority of NC style to Texas style BBQ.

Fiona Frick

Enterprise Business Development Associate

Fiona is an Enterprise Business Development Associate at Industrious. She started her career at EF Education First, an international education and travel company. As Director of University Partnerships, she fostered and enhanced relationships with universities across the US to encourage their students to learn a second (or third!) language abroad in a culturally immersive environment. A polyglot herself, Fiona travels as often as possible and is always on the hunt for the perfect boutique hotel. She can typically be found bopping through local shops after a spin class with a matcha latte in hand. Fiona holds a B.A. in European Studies from Bates College and lives in Brooklyn, NY.

Franco Chen

Design Associate

Franco is a Design Associate at Industrious. Upon graduating with his Bachelor of Architecture from California Polytechnic State University, Pomona, he began working at the NYC based firm, Hollwich Kushner Architecture. As a California native, he takes the sun very seriously but, however, will malfunction when it rains. In his spare time, he’s unsure of what he enjoys more – ordering used books online or having them come in the mail a few weeks later. Regardless, you’ll find him around the city in cozy, bookish cafes with the hottest new used book.

Gabe Byrne

Paid Media Manager

Gabe is the Paid Media Manager at Industrious. Prior to joining the team, he backpacked for 6 months throughout Latin America and learned to speak Spanish. Before that, he worked with clients to develop and execute full-funnel advertising campaigns at Ampush, a digital marketing strategy company in San Francisco. Outside of work, you can find him enjoying concerts, exploring the outdoors, and producing electronic music. Gabe grew up in Boston and holds a B.B.A. from the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts—Amherst.

Haley Roxin

Marketing Associate

Haley is a Marketing Associate at Industrious. Prior to this, she was a Client Service Associate on the Capital Markets team at AlphaSights, focused on connecting professionals at investment funds with the insight and expertise they need in the context of critical business decisions. She is energetic and loves to travel and spend time outside. In her spare time, she can be found vintage shopping, running along the West Side Highway, and attending concerts throughout the city. Haley holds a B.S. from Boston College’s Carroll School of Management.

Ian Grossberg

Senior Engineer

Ian is the Senior Engineer at Industrious. Prior to joining Industrious he has been in a variety of founder, director, and lead roles at small to mid-sized companies such as Wim, Poursteady, Codecademy and Lumosity where he built funded award-winning teams and products. His background is in creative technologies and innovation application but he likes to say the common thread will always be making things for people and he is excited to be extending that to communities. Earlier in life he created video games and loves any opportunity to insert whimsey and silliness wherever it’ll fit. Outside of work he builds digital art and installations, but when he can force himself away from electronics he volunteers his time otherwise and spends as much time as possible outside, cooking, eating or finding ways to combine all three.

Isaac Chen

Design Guidelines Specialist

Isaac Chen is a Design Guidelines Specialist at Industrious. He received his B. Arch from the University of Southern California studying communication design and architecture. He went on to work with Montalba Architects in Santa Monica where he completed several design fit-outs for exclusive brands such as Carolina Herrera, Equinox, and The Row. Following this, Isaac went on to CallisonRTKL’s Specialty Retail Studio advancing flagship and concept stores for Tiffany & Co. Outside of Industrious, you’ll find him looking for the next globe-trekking adventure.

Isaac Mizrahi

Accountant

Isaac is a Junior Staff Accountant at Industrious. After graduating from Baruch College with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, he went on to work in the Accounting department of a top international law firm. In his free time, Isaac enjoys running, watching sports, and exploring and learning new things.

Isabella graduated from the University of Michigan with a BA in Economics and a minor in History. In her free time, Isabella is a gastronomic connoisseur, a world traveler, and semi-dedicated yogi.

Jacey is the Regional Facilities Associate at Industrious. Prior to joining the team, she worked in the wine industry, as well as in restaurants across Los Angeles, San Francisco, New York and Kansas City. She also spent two years as an AmeriCorps member working for the non-profit organization, Playworks. Always fascinated by the urban landscape, her career path always centered around how the built environment can be a place where people thrive. Jacey graduated from Occidental College with a degree in Urban and Environmental Policy and her hobbies include perfecting family recipes, holistic health, and her 23 houseplants.

Enterprise Business Development Manager

Jacob is the Enterprise Business Development Manager at Industrious. He is originally from Chicago and has recently moved to New York to join the industrious team. Jacob went to school in Chicago at DePaul University. After graduating, he moved out to San Francisco and started a sales career at Groove. Outside of work, he loves to watch sports, travel and get outside to ski and fish.

Jacklyn is the Hospitality Analytics Associate at Industrious. With an unconventional background–she earned a Clemson degree in Food Science & Technology, minoring in German–Jacklyn has been a world explorer. After developing new Campbell’s soups in Philadelphia, then teaching languages and crafting the perfect espresso in Switzerland, she is now happy to return to her roots. Her version of Southern hospitality pays special attention to specialty coffee and bean-to-bar chocolate.

Jarrod Caranto

Architectural Design Associate

Jarrod is an Architectural Design Associate at Industrious. He received a Bachelors in Architecture from the Southern California Institute of Architecture and has experience with digital fabrication at Asymptote Architecture, Saks Fifth Avenue Windows Productions, and Bjarke Ingels Group. He is also currently completing a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from Columbia University’s Graduate School of Architecture Planning and Preservation. He enjoys daydreaming about place-making, cooking heirloom Filipinx recipes, researching sustainable design solutions, listening to all kinds of music, and caring for his 15 house plants.

Jason Oledan

Senior Accountant

Jason Oledan is a Senior Accountant at Industrious. Jason graduated with a B.S. in Accounting at Santa Clara University. He began his career working for a regional public accounting firm in the Bay Area, earning his CPA license in the process. Jason made the move to New York in March 2018 and continued to work in public accounting before moving to FANCHEST Inc. as a Finance Manager. During his free time, Jason enjoys playing basketball, running, watching movies, binging new podcasts and traveling.

Jayoon Yi

Product Manager

Jayoon is a Product Manager at Industrious. Previously she was a Product Marketing Lead at Square, tackling any and all growth topics relevant to the core software products. Before joining Square she was a management consultant at McKinsey, and briefly owned and operated a toy store in an attempt to solve an age-old parenting problem – going toy shopping with toddlers sans tantrums. When she’s not pondering the workplace transformation and remarkable product experience for everyone at Industrious, she can be found training at the nearest boxing gym or eating pizza. She lives in Brooklyn with her family and two cats that are not overweight at all, contrary to popular opinion. Jayoon holds an M.B.A from NYU and unexpectedly speaks semi-fluent Italian.

Jeanette Xu

Business Intelligence Analyst

Jeannette is a Business Intelligence Analyst at Industrious. Jeanette graduated from Wellesley College with a degree in Economics. Prior to Industrious, she worked as an analyst for Samsung 837’s experiential marketing initiative to help optimize user engagement. She has also worked abroad in London and Hong Kong as a consultant for Ekimetrics, servicing global clients in numerous industries including luxury, financial services, and automotive sectors. During her free time, she loves to do yoga, hike, and cook.

Jennifer is an Area Manager at Industrious Atlanta. Prior to joining the Industrious team, she spent the past ten years in San Francisco leading customer success and business management efforts for startups in loyalty marketing software, digital advertising and eCommerce. She holds her B.A. in Journalism from the Arizona State University Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication. Originally from Miami, Florida Jennifer is thrilled to be back on the East Coast spending free time outdoors, trying new workouts and seeking out the latest healthy restaurant concepts with friends and family.

Jenna is an Enterprise Business Development Manager at Industrious. Prior to Industrious, Jenna worked for Green Street Advisors where her primary areas of focus included building and implementing a business development strategy for their Advisory Group, relationship management, and revenue generation. Before that, Jenna worked at Reis, Inc., first as a National Account Manager in New York City before being moved to Newport Beach, CA, to build and lead sales efforts on the west coast. She earned a B.A. in political science and sociology/anthropology from Colgate University. Outside of work, Jenna enjoys cooking, tackling puzzles, traveling, and while she is a true New Yorker at heart, she is enjoying the outdoors tremendously in sunny-year-round SoCal.

Jennifer is an Assistant Project Manager at Industrious. Before joining the team, she was a senior designer at Hendrick, an interior design firm in Atlanta. Her background in design focused on corporate projects for clients such as Georgia-Pacific and Comcast. Originally from Florida, Jennifer attended the University of Florida where she received a B.S. in Interior Design. Outside of work, you will find her cooking new recipes, hiking with her husband and dog, or traveling to a new city.

Jennifer is the Area Manager for Industrious Florida. Originally from Long Island, Jen thrives in the Florida sunshine. Her background in Creative Direction, Entrepreneurship and Hospitality helps her to create an unforgettable member experience. Outside of the office, Jen spends her time with her husband, baby girl, puppy (Schmoopy), and cat (Frasier) enjoying folk music, comedy, podcasts, and party crafts.

National Project Manager

Jenny is a National Project Manager at Industrious. She is a registered Architect in NYS and previously worked as a Project Manager for TPG Architecture and CRTKL on various retail accounts including Zara and Birkenstock. As Project Manager, she specialized in building client prototypes and leading projects throughout all phases of design and construction with US-based expansion teams. She graduated from Tulane University with a Master of Architecture and annually dreams of returning to New Orleans to take on another Mardi Gras. As a native of Buffalo, NY, she is an avid Bills and Sabres fan. When not on her next flight, outside of the office Jenny can be found boxing at Rumble, doing yoga, brunching with friends, and continuing her search for the best cheeseburger in NYC.

Jerre Riggs

Director of Real Estate

Jerre is a Director of Real Estate at Industrious. Prior to joining Industrious, he was the Chief Real Estate Officer of 1776, leading the expansion of the coworking and incubation company. While there, he spearheaded the site selection process, oversaw design and construction, and helped pivot the company to an asset-light model, expanding only through management agreements. He structured deals with a variety of asset partners – including retail REITs and mixed-use developers. Previously, Jerre was a commercial broker with Colliers International and is a former AmLaw 100 litigator. Outside of work, Jerre is an Ironman triathlete, avid skier, and a struggling surfer. He spends as much time as possible outdoors, searching for new adventures with his wife and son. He holds a JD from Villanova University School of Law and a BS in Hotel and Restaurant Administration from Cornell University.

Jessica Bakker is the Billing Specialist at Industrious. She earned her accounting degree from Calvin College in Grand Rapids, MI. She worked for an RFID company as an accountant before moving to Milwaukee, WI and working for a large family owned company as an accountant. Jessica grew up in West Michigan and married her college sweetheart. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, playing volleyball and watching sports.

Born and raised in Boston, Jessica studied German and French at the University of Massachusetts Amherst where she completed her Master’s degree with a passion for teaching. She studied and worked abroad in Paris and various cities in Germany until she landed in North Carolina. Once stateside, she took on the role of General Manager at a premier wedding venue and loved it. Outside of work, you’ll find Jessica and her little crew (husband, daughter and two dogs) tackling house projects, cooking, and making up reasons to celebrate so that she can entertain.

Joe Guy

Product Manager

Joe is a Product Manager at Industrious. Before joining, he led new product and business development for the in-house provider, Q Services, at Managed by Q, a leading platform and marketplace for workplace management. Earlier he was one of the first 10 employees at Venture for America, a national entrepreneurship fellowship program, and built out the growth and community partnerships functions there. Joe started his career in finance at BlackRock, where he focused on digital strategy and sales enablement for the defined contribution group. Outside of work, you’ll find him mentoring recent grads working in startups, keeping active on his bike or in the pool, and exploring the NYC restaurant scene with friends. Joe holds a B.S. in Business Administration and Operations Management from the University of Dayton and lives in Brooklyn.

John Young

Project Manager - Special Projects

John is a Project Manager – Special Projects at Industrious. Prior to joining the Industrious team, John was a Senior Construction Manager at Tough Mudder, responsible for 1/2 of North American construction practices. Before that, John worked for Philip Habib & Associates performing civil design & inspection work in the 5 boroughs of NYC, working on projects such as the Cornell Tech Campus on Roosevelt Island. John holds a B.S. of Business Administration from Susquehanna University. Outside of Industrious, John enjoys time outdoors hiking and fly fishing.

Jordan Stewart

Salesforce Administrator

Jordan Stewart is a Salesforce Administrator at Industrious. Prior to joining Industrious, he worked as an independent contractor helping businesses in Middle Tennessee maximize their Salesforce investment. Jordan also worked at Advanced Network Solutions, building software as a part of the organization’s digital transformation efforts. Beyond software, Jordan also works alongside his uncle in the family business, learning more about fire hydrants than he ever thought there was to know. Outside of work Jordan can be found cheering on Manchester United with his family or working out with his wife, maximizing the free childcare at the gym.

Jordyn is an Enterprise Member Success Manager at Industrious. Prior to joining the Industrious team, Jordyn worked as the Senior Development Manager at the National Kidney Foundation as well as the Director of Member Services and Strategic Partnerships for the Brooklyn Chamber of Commerce. Originally from Connecticut, she has lived in Brooklyn for the last six years before making the move to Boston. Jordyn graduated from the University of New Hampshire with a BA in Psychology and Criminal Justice. Whether it be hiking Machu Picchu or backpacking through South East Asia, she is a travel junkie and can usually be found researching her next big adventure.

Joyce is the Mid-Atlantic Area Manager. She studied Anthropology at the College of William & Mary and received her M.A. at Central European University in Socio-Cultural Anthropology. Armed with this sociological background, she jumped into the operations team at grocery delivery start-up, Instacart, where she helped manage personal shoppers and local partnerships and drive crazy growth! She loves improving processes and delivering the best quality products to clients which led her to Industrious. Outside of the office, you can find Joyce hanging out with her cat, Mowgli, and planning her next adventure.

Area Manager

Justin is an Area Manager at Industrious. Prior to joining the team, he worked at Four Seasons Hotels honing his hospitality skills in Costa Rica, Hawaii, and San Francisco. His most recent experience allowed him to launch and manage the Southern California region for Instacart. He is a native of Los Angeles and lover of anything spicy. He tries to be an adventure junkie, mostly on vacation, where he can be found swimming with sharks or scuba diving under the moonlight.

Karly is the New Member Advisor at Industrious. She is a Denver Native (Go Broncos!). Prior to Industrious, she worked at Adobe as a Customer Success Manager, helping customers increase their marketing efficiency and prove marketing impact on their business. On the weekends, you can find Karly hitting up the newest restaurant in Denver, enjoying some live music with friends/family, or binge-watching her favorite shows.

Kate is a Director of Real Estate at Industrious. Prior to joining Industrious, she was Vice President of Development at Collective Hotels & Retreats, securing unique destinations for luxury, outdoor retreats, including the first “glamping” operation on Governors Island in NYC. Previously, Kate was Vice President of Venues & Community Development at Tough Mudder, leading the company’s venue partner relations, site selection, permitting, and community sponsorships for the international event company. Originally from the east coast, Kate loves living near the mountains in Denver, and will ski as often as she can. Kate holds a BA in art history from Middlebury College, and a JD from Brooklyn Law School.

Kate Merritt Paulson is a Design Associate at Industrious. Prior to joining the Industrious team, Kate worked at Dekar Design in Soho focusing on restaurant, hospitality, and residential design. She graduated from Barnard College of Columbia University with a degree in Psychology, concentrating in Behavioral Neuroscience. Throughout her experience, Kate has integrated her background in Psychology with her passion for design. Originally from North Carolina, she is a big basketball fan (go Duke!), foodie, and avid TV watcher. Kate can typically be found roaming NYC’s parks with a snack in hand.

Katharine is a Senior Director of Real Estate at Industrious. Prior to joining Industrious, she was Manager of Development at Equinox and helped expand the portfolio of new clubs. She also held positions at L&L Holding Company and PGIM Real Estate (previously Prudential Real Estate Investors). Katharine graduated from New York University with a BS in Hotel and Tourism Management and serves as Vice President of the Tisch Center Alumni Society. In her spare time, she is an Associate Board Member at Apex for Youth, a non-profit organization serving underprivileged Asian-American youth in NYC. Katrina is an Area Manager at Industrious. She holds a communications studies degree from Saint Mary’s College and comes from the non-profit sector where she managed corporate relationships. Born in Chicago and raised in the western suburbs, Katrina is excited to build a community in the city’s North Shore. Kelly is a Launch Coordinator at Industrious. She joined Industrious from Birmingham, Alabama, where she earned a degree in Sports Administration from Samford University. A college soccer player, after graduation she served four years as a PE teacher. In her free time, you can find Kelly walking her 80 lb golden-doodle, baking her custom-made personalized sugar cookies, or attending any type of sporting event.

Kelsey is the Arizona Area Manager for Industrious. Prior to Industrious, Kelsey started out her career as a leader in mining operations and then progressed into growing the team and sales for a catering & events company in Phoenix, AZ. Kelsey holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Nevada, Reno. Although a Nevada native, she has always believed Arizona (with the amazing weather) was meant to be her home. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time exploring the outdoors with her husband, CrossFit, and writing her blog!

Krissy is an Area Manager at Industrious. Prior to Industrious, Krissy worked for a technology startup, branding the company nationwide, developing strategic marketing campaigns, and falling in love with social media. She began her Industrious journey at our Philadelphia location, and since then has traveled to multiple locations and taken many roles before moving to NYC to be Manhattan’s Community Manager. When she’s not at Industrious, you can find her hiking, on a rooftop, or taking photos of cheese plates.

Kristin is the Accounts Receivable Specialist. Prior to starting with Industrious, she worked at a property management firm in Rhode Island, handling all the accounts receivable aspects of the company. Kristin studied at the University of Rhode Island and earned her BA in 2015. As a New Jersey native, and after spending six years in New England, it was time to return to her roots in 2017. In her free time, you can find her making her famous guacamole or trying out all the local hot spots in Hoboken with her friends.

Kristina is the Member Development Associate at Industrious. Prior to joining the team she drove sales for a financial analytics startup and a major motion picture studio. She also has 9 years of experience in the NY real estate industry. Originally from a small beach town on Long Island, Kristina holds a B.S. in Business Management from West Virginia University. Outside of work she enjoys exploring the outdoors (mainly via long distance runs), volunteering in her community and chasing her two kids around.

Kylie is a Real Estate Transaction Associate at Industrious. Prior to joining Industrious, she was a Transaction Specialist at CBRE on a large multinational corporate account, helping manage their Americas portfolio. She began her career in CBRE’s Wheel Rotational Program. Kylie graduated from Colby College with a B.A. in Government. Outside of Industrious, Kylie serves as Head of Volunteering for Minds Ahead, an organization dedicated to expanding conversations around mental health. She can often be found trail running, skiing, and exploring New York City’s many bookstores.

Lauren Koester

Senior Manager of Design & Construction

Lauren is the Senior Manager of Design & Construction on the Special Projects team. Prior to Industrious, Lauren was the Head of Operations and on the founding team of Betaworks Studios, a membership club for entrepreneurs. In addition, Lauren led Market Development efforts for Galvanize around the country. Lauren’s passion for Design & Construction has been a huge part of her life since she was a kid, as her father worked as a contractor and built every house they ever lived in! Lauren is a huge advocate for mental health awareness, work/life balance, and wellness. She spends her spare time participating in activities in that universe.

Lauren is a Marketing Manager at Industrious and former Nashville Community Manager. Before joining the Industrious team, she spent the last year working as a Marketing Manager for Uber in Nashville. As a Chicago native, she loves the Bears, stand-up comedy, and blues music. In Nashville, you can most likely find her at a concert or writing music of her own. She holds a B.A. in Art, Media, and Entertainment Management from Columbia College Chicago.

Though she majored in accounting at Washington University in St. Louis, Leah discovered her passion for food and hospitality while spending a year behind the bar in Argentina and farming in Italy. After a stint as an auditor with Deloitte, Leah made the transition into hotels and restaurants in NYC, honing her skills as a concierge at Mondrian Soho and event manager at Red Rooster. Leah loves a good trivia night and isn’t embarrassed to admit that she DVRs Jeopardy.

Lindsay Cohen

Lindsay is a Recruiter at Industrious. Prior to joining the team, she worked at I-NET Technologies, a recruiting agency specializing in quantitative and electronic trading. Outside of work, Lindsay spends her time being an obsessed dog mom to her deaf rescue, Nellie. She also enjoys boxing and has competed in two amateur bouts! A born and raised Brooklynite, Lindsay holds a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communication from Towson University.

Lindsay joins Industrious with a strong leadership background in hospitality, spa, wellness, and marketing and social media. For the last eight years she has been at the helm of luxury day spas. Prior to that Lindsay was conducting marketing, public relations, business development, and orchestrating large scale events. She is a proud University of Colorado at Boulder alumni where she holds a B.S. in Journalism and Mass Communication and a Business Intensive Certificate from The Leeds School of Business. Go Buffs! Outside of work Lindsay is often found cooking, traveling, checking out local and destination spas, and spending time outdoors in the mountains of Colorado with family and friends.

Liz is Real Estate Counsel at Industrious. Prior to Industrious, Liz worked at a law firm named Helbraun & Levey LLP that specializes in representing clients in the hospitality industry. Liz represented first time entrepreneurs, multi-unit operators, hotel F&B management groups, chefs and investors in a multitude of corporate and real estate transactions, including commercial leases and management agreements, joint ventures and operating agreements. Prior to HL, Liz was an associate in the Real Estate Investments & Transactions Group at Ropes & Gray LLP. Outside of Industrious, Liz loves to experiment in the kitchen and explore the delicious restaurants and green parks of Brooklyn with her husband and corgi-mix Daisy. Liz holds a B.A. in French and Government from Dartmouth College and a J.D. from The George Washington University Law School.

Liza Callis

Launch Coordinator

Liza is a Launch Coordinator at Industrious. Liza is a Cincinnati native (Go Bearcats!) but lives in Dallas by way of Austin. While she loved crafting up cocktails behind the bar, she is ready to move on to something new and challenging. Liza is a Pho for breakfast and Pad Thai for dinner kind of girl. If you can’t find her running the trail, you may find her on the dance floor attempting to rumba.

Lucy is the HR Business Partner for Industrious field locations. She has held a long career in the consulting industry where she led business and operations strategy projects for Fortune 500 clients as a Managing Consultant at IBM. Most recently, she turned her strategy and execution skills internally as the Talent Director at Clareo, a boutique consulting firm focused on growth and innovation strategy for Fortune 1000 corporations. At Clareo, she has been a strategic business partner to the leadership team around their key asset, their talent. When she’s not at the office, she’s with her family and dog or working to pass her test to be a certified pilates instructor. She has a BS from Northwestern University and an MBA from McCombs’s School of Business at UT Austin.

Mallory Salett

Mallory is an Enterprise Business Development Manager at Industrious. Before transitioning to the EBD team, she spent 4 years working in unit operations and has seen the company grow since it’s early stages. Before joining Industrious, she spent her previous years working in Post Production in both Chicago and New York. A native of Oconomowoc, Wisconsin, she loves the Green Bay Packers, beef jerky, and can most likely be found at the playground with her two young daughters. She holds a B.A. in Film Editing from Columbia College Chicago.

Maretie Wagner

Facilities Manager

Maretie is a Facilities Manager at Industrious. She was previously an Assistant Facilities Manager for Jones Lang LaSalle on the Moody’s account in downtown Manhattan. Prior to that, she was a US Army logistics officer, having completed one tour in Camp Leatherneck, Afghanistan. She has served with the 3rd Infantry Division and as an aide de camp for the Expeditionary Contracting Command. Maretie holds a BA from Saint Louis University. She loves to be active through volleyball, softball, running obstacle courses, and Latin dance.

Margalit Cirlin

Digital Project Manager

Margalit is a Digital Project Manager at Industrious. Prior to joining the team, she worked in private wealth management at Merrill Lynch, where she focused on improving operational workflow to scale the business. Margalit is a New York City local and holds a BA in Business and Psychology from Brandeis University. Outside of the office, Margalit can be found singing her heart out to Broadway tunes, exploring new fitness classes and eating too much froyo.

Mark got his Bachelor’s degree in Writing from Naropa University. Mark grew up on a farm in Minnesota and he’s proud of his midwestern roots.

Marty Long

Real Estate Manager

Marty Long is a Real Estate Manager at Industrious. Previously, Marty worked at Deloitte Consulting’s Strategy & Operations practice, where he ran global workshops, coordinated directly with Fortune 500 senior leadership, and led pro-bono consulting engagements in under-served communities locally and abroad. Marty has also served as an Airbnb Superhost for nearly 4 years, hosting over 3,000 guests in his hometown of Atlanta. Marty is an avid reader of The Economist, loves to study foreign languages, and enjoys performing at stand-up comedy and storytelling events. Marty graduated from Boston College with a B.S. in Finance and Spanish, earned an M.A. in International Studies from The Lauder Institute at the University of Pennsylvania, and holds an M.B.A. from The Wharton School.

Mary is a Design Manager at Industrious. Prior to joining Industrious, Mary was the Senior Design Manager at Shake Shack where she helped lead the company’s rapid expansion across the US, growing the number of restaurants from 15 to 160 in 4 years. In her free time, Mary can be found gardening, hiking, or searching the city for the best cacio e pepe.

Mary Catherine Swan

Mary Catherine is a Member Development Associate at Industrious. She started her career here as the Atlanta Midtown Community Manager. Prior to joining Industrious, she served as a Teach For America Corps member in Dallas, Texas for two years. Born and raised in Atlanta, she is a proud graduate of the University of Georgia, where she studied Public Relations. If she’s not thinking through the Industrious sales funnel, you might find her watching college football or planning a menu to entertain friends and family.

Matt Bosserman

Head of Design Studio

Matt is the Head of Design Studio at Industrious. Before joining Industrious he spent almost fifteen years with L Brands working with a number of the world’s most influential retail brands. Most recently under his leadership as Associate Vice President, Store Design & Construction, he led design teams supporting the rapid international expansion of the Victoria’s Secret brand. Earlier in his career, Matt worked for a number of Bay Area architectural firms engaging in custom residential and retail projects. Matt hails from Southern California and holds a B. Arch from California Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo. When not designing spaces for Industrious he spends his time traveling the world with his partner or pushing his limits with the latest fitness trend.

Melissa Navon

Digital Project Manager

Melissa is a Digital Project Manager at Industrious. Prior to joining the team, she worked in Operations at Integra Partners, a healthcare technology company based in New York. At Integra Partners, Melissa focused on improving operational efficiency through development and implementation of scalable business processes. Melissa holds a bachelor’s degree from University of Wisconsin-Madison. If there’s one thing to know about Melissa, it’s that she’s a major foodie. Outside of Industrious, you can find her at any restaurant in NYC that serves mac and cheese (her favorite food), in her apartment trying her best to be a top-notch chef, or with her two best friends Ben & Jerry.

Melissa Sayre

Area Manager

Melissa is the Southeast region’s Area Manager. She comes to Industrious with a background in hospitality, and could spend hours discussing the perfect event. Outside the office, she loves hosting exciting tailgates, gatherings, and trips for friends and family, as well as fueling her competitive spirit on the nearest volleyball court or kickball field. Melissa holds a BS in Hospitality Management from East Carolina University.

Michelle Morand

Finance and Corporate Development Analyst

Michelle is a Finance and Corporate Development Analyst at Industrious. Prior to joining Industrious, Michelle worked at Disruptive Technology Advisers, a boutique firm specializing in late stage pre-IPO technology investments, where she facilitated the research and investment process. When she’s not working, you can find her traveling the world, rock climbing, or attempting to sketch her surroundings. Michelle holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Southern California.

Michelle Swavely is a Hospitality Associate at Industrious. She’s a partnership maker and experience creator. She prides herself on creating an authentic dialogue between product and consumer and for genuinely finding herself deeply rooted in providing good to the world. The relationships she has fostered through her time at Gen Art NY, LLR Consulting, the Montauk Beach House and The Path Meditation are indispensable and allow her to transition seamlessly between the worlds of boutique hospitality, art, fashion, lifestyle, and wellness. When she’s not working, you can find her near the ocean. She also contributes to The Montauk Oceans Institute helping inform the public of ocean health related issues throughout Long Island and the greater New York area. Michelle lives in Brooklyn and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing, Advertising and Communications from the Fashion Institute of Technology.

Mike Posillico

Accounts Payable Lead

Mike is an Accounts Payable Lead at Industrious with over 8 years of experience. Prior to starting at Industrious, he worked at Zinio LLC and Maxim Magazine as an AP Manager. Mike is an avid movie fan and in his free time, he also enjoys shooting pool, throwing darts and other indoor sports that don’t require tons of pesky movement.

Mohammad Adnan

Senior Accountant

Mohammad is a Senior Accountant at Industrious. He grew up in New York and graduated from Brooklyn College with a Degree in Accounting & Business Management Finance with an aspiration to be a CPA. He has worked in various different industries such as Public Accounting, Marketing, Aviation, and consumer food products. He became part of numerous software implementations, helping to improve upon business processes. Mohammad has collaborated with international teams on various projects as well as managed and trained junior accounting staff members. He has a love for working within a team and maintaining open communication. He has really enjoyed being an Accountant for different industries over the past 6 years and adds value to any team he joins.

Molly Driscoll

Software Engineer

Molly is a Software Engineer at Industrious. She is a New York City native who has spent the past 4 years in California. She graduated from Pomona College in 2017 and has a B.A. in Mathematics and Computer Science. Molly’s thesis focused on elliptic curve cryptography and identifying supersingular elliptic curves. In her free time, she can frequently be found hiking with her friends or spending time with her nearly deaf dog Rufus.

Natalie Birren

Area Manager

Natalie is the Area Manager at Industrious Los Angeles. Prior to joining Industrious, she was the Service Director for a James Beard Award-winning restaurant group in Los Angeles. Natalie studied Culinary Anthropology and Vocal Performance at USC, where she wrote her thesis on the authentic Mexican food in Los Angeles. In her free time Natalie sings as a soprano in the Angeles Chorale and aspires to compete on The Great British Baking Show.

Natalie Hernandez

PR & Communications Manager

Natalie Hernandez is the PR & Communications Manager at Industrious. Most recently, she served as Manager, Public Relations & Communications for Sotheby’s International Realty Affiliates LLC where she led internal and external communications for the global real estate brand out of its headquarters in Madison, New Jersey. At Sotheby’s International Realty, she was responsible for promoting brand initiatives, facilitating interviews for the C-Suite and senior leadership team, and developing and executing press plans for high-profile properties. She was also part of the team behind the award-winning @sothebysrealty Instagram. In 2018, Natalie was recognized by PR News as a “Rising PR Star 30 & Under.” Natalie has held positions at public relations agencies Relevance New York, working with clients across the real estate industry, and Rubenstein Communications.

Nikki Seidman

Facilities Manager

Nikki is a Facilities Manager at Industrious. Prior to Industrious, Nikki worked in facilities at Intersection where she oversaw the day to day office operations and assisted in managing the companies real estate portfolio. She received a BFA from West Virginia University with a focus in Painting. When Nikki isn’t working, she enjoys drawing, binge watching Grey’s Anatomy (yes – it’s still on TV!) and hanging out with friends.

NetSuite Systems Administrator

Noel is the NetSuite Systems Administrator at Industrious. Noel was born and raised in Greenwich Village, and is a graduate of the University of Rhode Island. His work experience includes fashion eCommerce, and software consulting. His hobbies include traveling (30+ countries), Running (3 marathons), and photography.

Nolan Fennelly

Corporate Development Manager

Nolan is a Corporate Development Manager at Industrious. Prior to joining the team, Nolan worked in the corporate finance group at DaVita, where he supported the company’s capital structure management and investor relation efforts. Outside of work, he spends his time playing hockey, cheering on his hometown 76ers, or searching for the best slice of pizza in New York. Nolan graduated from the University of Delaware with a B.S. in Economics.

Accounts Receivable Specialist

Nydia is an Accounts Receivable Specialist at Industrious. Prior to joining Industrious, she worked as a Collections Specialist for a NYC property management firm. Before that she worked as a NYC real estate agent and has served on Community Board 4. Nydia holds a BA in Psychology from Fordham University. Her obsessions include: plants, movies and foggy seaside towns. A native New Yorker, she can be found enjoying city life with her rescue pup, Phineas, and her human pup, Aidyn.

Pawel Storonowicz

Construction Estimator

Pawel is a Construction Estimator with Industrious. Prior to joining Industrious, he priced complex renovations and ground up projects for CNR Group and The I-Grace Company, both general contractors in high-end residential space in NYC. His focus in on improving estimating systems and procedures for different areas of the business and working on implementing them into the day to day operations. Other experiences include shop drawings and project management for custom millwork. Originally from Poland, he has been living in NYC for over 10 years. In his free time, he enjoys neighborhood walking tours and exploring new cities and their cuisines.

Peri Demestihas

Senior Real Estate Manager and Associate Counsel

Peri is a Senior Real Estate Manager and Associate Counsel at Industrious. Prior to joining the Industrious team, he worked for the commercial real estate investment firm Jamestown for seven years. Outside of work, Peri enjoys spending time with his wife and daughters and is an avid Yankees, Falcons, and Atlanta United fan. Peri is also passionate about the foodie scene in Atlanta, as well as all things cars. Peri holds a B.S. in Management from The Georgia Institute of Technology and a J.D. from Georgia State College of Law.

Peter Feytser

Product Manager

Peter is a Product Manager at Industrious. Most recently, he was at New York Magazine where he led the product team that developed and licensed the publisher’s CMS. He was also the product lead on The Strategist, the New York Magazine’s e-commerce vertical. Before moving to New York, he was a product manager at Popsugar in San Francisco, building Popsugar’s influencer platform and newsletter products. Peter got his start in product management in the EdTech space while living in Shanghai in 2011. He has a degree in Political Science from UC San Diego where he also studied Russian literature. He loves learning languages, good sci-fi, and all things crafty, from brewing to baking to coding.

Technology Support Associate

Peter is a Technology Support Associate at Industrious. He is a Connecticut native who made an extended pit stop in Boston before moving to NYC. He is a musician with a BA from University of Massachusetts Lowell and has an equal penchant for technology and modern SaaS platforms. Prior to working at Industrious, he worked at a pair of musical instrument retail shops in New Hampshire and Long Island, where he most recently helped The Music Zoo navigate its journey into the NetSuite world. Outside of work, he can be found playing with his band, diving into a JRPG, or trying to find the best grandma pizza in NYC!

Phil Aroian

Director of Business Development

Phil is the Director of Business Development at Industrious. Prior to Industrious, he was an early sales hire at Hightower, a leading commercial real estate tech startup that has since merged with VTS. While at Hightower/VTS, he held a variety of sales and business development positions – including leading the launch of Hightower’s operations in Europe, based in London. Before that, he cut his teeth in sales at Sophos, a publicly traded network security company. Outside of work, he hosts a podcast about NBA basketball, tries to travel when he can, enjoys a lively discussion with friends over a great meal, and spends most of his time hanging around Brooklyn with his girlfriend. He holds a B.S. from UMass Amherst.

Rachael Simon

Senior Designer

Rachael is a Senior Designer at Industrious. Prior to joining the Industrious team, she worked at Sonder, where she developed the brand’s identity through the creative direction and interior design of each rentable Sonder space. Rachael’s commercial and hospitality-focused design projects have been installed in over 20 cities across the US, Canada and Europe. In addition to her background in architecture & design, Rachael has experience working in business development for Silicon Valley-based tech companies including Google and Groupon. In her spare time, you can find Rachael exploring her new city (New York), hunting for great vintage furniture pieces, traveling near and far, making large-scale paintings and/or eating french fries.

Rachel Broder

Talent Acquisition Manager

Rachel is the Talent Acquisition Manager at Industrious. Prior to joining the team, she worked at Goldman Sachs for almost 10 years. Her previous roles included Head of Asia ex-Japan Campus Recruiting and Co-Head of US Campus Recruiting. Rachel has lived in Hong Kong, India, and London and loved traveling throughout these regions. When she’s not looking for the next amazing hire for Industrious, you can find her chasing after her two children, playing Mah Jongg or catching up on reality TV. She has a B.S. from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Rachel is the Program Manager for Tenant Experience. A transplant from New York City, she has spent the greater part of her career in event management and new business development roles. Taking advantage of everything Nashville has to offer, Rachel enjoys seeing live music and exploring the city’s flourishing restaurant scene. She holds a BA from Rutgers University.

Ryan joins us with a background in sales and a passion for leading a team. He is a huge sports fan, loves to eat, and does his best to live up to the sorting hat’s decision to make him a Hufflepuff.

With an innate passion for the retail and hospitality industries, she holds a B.S. in Retail Management and a M.S. in Hospitality & Retail Management from Texas Tech University. Prior to joining the team, she worked in Operations at Brooklyn Bicycle Co. In her spare time she enjoys traveling the world, doing yoga, and wandering around the Brooklyn Botanic Garden.

Ray Sitorus

Director of IT

Ray is the Director of IT at Industrious. Before joining Industrious, Ray supported companies in various industries, most recently as the IT Director at Jump Design Group. Ray is a lifetime New Yorker, born in Brooklyn and currently residing in Manhattan. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family and their lovable rescue Millie, volunteering for numerous causes, running, cycling, playing golf, and the occasional karaoke night. Ray holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the Polytechnic Institute of NYU.

Rebecca Kaufman

Director of Business Development and Strategy

Rebecca is a Director of Business Development and Strategy at Industrious. She’s worked in corporate strategy at Starwood Hotels & Resorts, where she drove its acquisition by Marriott International, and at JetBlue Airways, where she launched their internal consulting function. Rebecca started her career in private equity at Pegasus Capital Advisors where she caught the hospitality bug working with Six Senses Hotels & Resorts. Rebecca holds a B.S. in Neuroscience and Science & Society from Brown University. When she’s not traveling to a bucket list destination or engrossed in a great non-fiction read, you can probably find her unapologetically indulging in reality TV and her latest horoscope.

Reo Choi

Senior Accountant

Reo is a Senior Accountant at Industrious. He graduated from Baruch College, Zicklin School of Business with a Master of Science in Accountancy. He launched his career as an auditor in Novak Francella LLC & CohnReznick LLP auditing multiple industries including Apparel, Retail, Luxury Goods, Hospitality, Non-Profit, Healthcare, and Employee Benefit Plans. He stayed in public accounting for roughly 4 years before moving on to the “Other Side” (private side), joining The Juice Press LLC as a Senior Accountant. During his time at the Juice Press, Reo worked under the Controller, helping with the month end closings as well as help implement/improve accounting procedures. Reo originally grew up in South Korea and is fluent in Korean. During his free time, Reo enjoys watching movies, finding a good eatery, and spending time with his family!

Richard was born and raised in Columbus, Ohio. He played varsity soccer at Otterbien University, where he earned a BA in international business. He began his career at Enterprise Rent-a-Car, where he was a branch manager, and most recently, he was the General Manager for Regus business center in downtown Columbus. Outside of work, you can find him spending time with his wife and two daughters, who are all HUGE Ohio State Buckeye fans!

Sahar is an Area Manager at Industrious. Sahar was born and raised in Northern Virginia and studied Hospitality and Tourism Management at James Madison University. After college, Sahar settled into the hospitality industry working for Hyatt Hotels for close to 15 years. Her restaurant, hotel and event planning background has taken her throughout Southern California, DC and the San Francisco Bay Area where she joined our team as Area Manager. A planner by nature and profession, she spends her well-scheduled free time on a yoga mat, in search of a good dark roast coffee or playing tour guide to visiting friends and family. Next on her bucket list, sky diving!

Sam Gioia

IT Manager

Sam is the IT Manager for Industrious. Previously, Sam built her IT career supporting teams, maintaining systems, and averting panic attacks at start-ups such as Fullscreen and Soul Cycle. She is native to New York with detours through North Carolina and Ohio. At work, Sam can be found making the rounds and looking for opportunities to make friends and teach new skills. At home, she can most often be found watching baseball (go Yankees!) with Whiskey (the cat) and a glass of whiskey (the beverage).

Sam Segal

Senior Real Estate Manager

Sam is a Senior Real Estate Manager at Industrious. Prior to joining Industrious, Sam worked at Credit Suisse in the Mergers & Acquisitions and Real Estate investment banking groups, with transactional experience including M&A as well as debt and equity issuances. Outside of Industrious, you can find Sam on the basketball court or attempting to speak foreign languages while traveling abroad. Raised in the suburbs of Chicago, Sam holds a B.A. in Economics from Cornell University.

Samael Barrios

Designer of Special Projects

Sama is the Designer of Special Projects at Industrious. Prior to this, he spent the last 3 and a half years as an Architectural Designer for Plainspace, a firm specializing in retail for brands like Chanel and Rimowa and high-end residential design in New York City. Before this, he gained experience in design as a collaborator in top firms in Mexico City, a position that allowed him to be the project manager for 3 international pavilions representing Mexico Cultural Affairs in Paris, Calcutta, and Bogota. He is a passionate reader of Critical theory, a regular visitor of art galleries and museums, and a newie in the Yoga and meditation practice.

Samantha Lemus

Construction Coordinator

Samantha is a Construction Coordinator at Industrious. After graduating from Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston, MA, she began her career working in retail construction at Federal Realty Investment Trust on a large, mixed-use development known as Assembly Row, located in Greater Boston. In her free time, she likes volunteering for mentorship programs, planning hiking trips on the White Mountains, graffiti drawing, and cheffing up new recipes.

Samuel Kim

Assistant Project Manager

Sam is an Assistant Project Manager for Design and Construction at Industrious. Prior to joining Industrious, Sam worked at Turner Construction as an engineer and superintendent. He was involved in multiple projects including public schools, a NYC park, and hospital. Sam graduated from Carnegie Mellon University with a B.S. and M.S. in Civil Engineering.

Sara Amorosino

Director of Construction

Sara is the Director of Construction at Industrious. She was previously the Director of Field Execution – Eastern Region for Sephora where she led their transition from a single point national model to a regional model, providing direct support of over 200 stores in the eastern US and Canada. Prior to Sephora, she was the Senior Director of Construction for Saks Fifth Avenue where she was responsible for developing and evolving the vendor shop construction and planning process from its inception in 2006 with 60+ projects a year to over 500 projects completed in 2016, spanning 40+ stores and over 120 vendor brands in the US, Canada and Puerto Rico. In 2009 Sara became the 65th woman world-wide to complete marathons on all 7 continents, including multiple Boston Marathons. She holds a Bachelor and Master of Architecture from Tulane University and a Master of Real Estate from The University of New South Wales in Sydney Australia.

Sara Seigel

Director of Product Marketing

Sara is the Director of Product Marketing at Industrious. Most recently she served as the Director of Marketing at Fairygodboss, the largest career community for women. Sara has over a decade of experience working in the startup space leading strategic marketing efforts. She also helps run a not-for-profit, Healthtech Women, in her spare time. Sara holds a BS in Marketing Management and International Business from Virginia Tech. She loves podcasts, new restaurants, and spending time with her dog, Baxter.

Sarah Lehman

Regional Marketing Lead

Sarah is the Regional Marketing Lead for the Northeast at Industrious. She has over eight years of experience across Digital Advertising, Marketing and PR, with previous roles spanning several industries including tech, sports and entertainment. Most recently, Sarah led the Marketing team at CorePower Yoga in opening new and supporting existing studios around the country. Sarah has also spent much of her career developing strategic marketing partnerships at both the Phoenix Suns and CBS Interactive. While her past jobs have taken her to San Francisco and Scottsdale, she remains a Jersey girl at heart. Outside of the office, Sarah loves trying the craziest fitness classes, traveling on spontaneous adventures and spending quality time with family and friends.

Sarah is a National Launcher at Industrious. Prior to joining the Industrious team, Sarah spent the last five years working in sales for Cardinal Health throughout Ohio, Pennsylvania, and New York. In her free time, she enjoys exercising, spending time with loved ones, and planning her next getaway. Sarah holds a B.A. in Communications from The Ohio State University.

Sasha Papazafeiropoulos

Regional Marketing Lead

Sasha is a Regional Marketing Lead for the Midwest at Industrious. She is a city girl at heart and loves calling Chicago her home. A marketer by day, and a yoga teacher by night, Sasha also runs a small nonprofit on the side, Prison Yoga Chicago. Sasha loves working on creative home projects. She loves putting her creativity to work whether it is through her career with Industrious, or at home building wooden chests, bookcases, bar carts, or whatever project she’s working on.

Sayaka Brownlee-Yamaguchi

Senior Manager of Member Success

Yaka is the Senior Manager of the Member Success team. Prior to joining Industrious, Yaka worked with various teams in health tech & education. Most recently, Yaka was at CareDox, leading account management & implementation teams to provide healthcare services to K-12 students nationwide. Yaka holds a M.Ed. from CUNY-Hunter and a BS in Communication from NYU. Despite her severe lack of hand-eye coordination, Yaka is an avid sports fan, and can often be found up at Yankee Stadium.

Scottie Leung

Assistant Project Manager

Scottie is an Assistant Project Manager at Industrious. Prior to joining the team, Scottie worked at W. E. O’Neil and Leopardo where his projects ranged from everything from office build-outs in downtown Chicago to the Belmont Village senior living facility in the heart of Lincoln Park. Outside of the office, Scottie can be found on a volleyball court, at a live music show, or planning his next snowboarding trip. Scottie holds a B.S. in Civil and Environmental Engineering at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.

Sean Trinidad

Senior Accountant

Sean is a Senior Accountant at Industrious. He comes to us after working in the media industry for MiQ, Tapad and Thrillist Media Group. Sean earned his Master of Business Administration from the Mercy College School of Business located in Dobbs Ferry, New York. While attending business school Sean works on the school’s athletic side coaching their Women’s College soccer team from 2013-2016. When not at the office working through a month-end close, you can find Sean on a field coaching his U-14 boy’s soccer team, in a boxing gym, or spending time with family!

Sean is a Salesforce Engineer at Industrious. He graduated from Rutgers University in 2017 with a double major in Electrical & Computer Engineering and Computer Science. Prior to Industrious, he worked as a Salesforce Developer at Internet Creations for a year and a half. In his free time, he enjoys watching movies, some light hiking, and trying (and usually failing) to hit the gym 3 times a week.

Regional Facilities Associate

Shaina is the Regional Facilities Associate at Industrious for the Midwest. Born in the Southwest and raised in Upstate New York, Shaina then moved to Minneapolis to earn her Bachelor’s degree in Studio Art and onward to Chicago for her Master’s in Ceramics. Before joining Industrious, she was working at her alma mater, The School of the Art Institute of Chicago, as Facilities Manager, helping support its vibrant, creative culture. Shaina is passionate about innovation and mindful leadership, always seeking to empower her coworkers to discover and utilize their strengths in and outside the workplace. Shane Jones

Real Estate Transaction Associate

Shane Jones is a Real Estate Transaction Associate at Industrious. Prior to joining Industrious, he was an Underwriter at Broadacre Financial, assisting with the origination, underwriting, and closing of more than $320 million of commercial real estate loans. Shane also worked at HVS Hospitality, where he provided hospitality consulting and appraisal services for both proposed and existing hotels. Outside of Industrious, Shane enjoys exploring the outdoors, watching college football, and improving his golf game. Shane holds a B.S. in Industrial Labor Relations with a minor in Real Estate from Cornell University.

Shannon Beck

National Project Manager

Shannon is a National Project Manager at Industrious. Prior to joining the Industrious team, Shannon was the Construction Project Manager for Breather during their largest growth period, and successfully scaled the company to 3X its size while increasing brand value. She was the CPM for the co-working company, The Yard (NYC), and oversaw all phases of the design and build process while launching multiple locations. Shannon graduated from The New York School of Interior Design with a BFA in Interior Design. A longtime proponent of community led pro-bono design services, Shannon has served on the Board of Directors and volunteered with Architecture for Humanity and Open Architecture Collaborative for over 8 years while in NYC. After recently moving to the West Coast, she is usually looking for the next great road trip or continuing her quest for the perfect Boba tea drink!

Stephen Hsu

Senior Software Architect

Stephen is a Senior Software Architect at Industrious. Before his time here, he worked at Mediaocean as a Senior Developer on client-facing applications for managing timesheets in addition to media buying transaction systems and backend processes for automated builds and deployments. In his spare time, you’ll find him fixing cars, gardening, and trying to convince his daughter’s dog that the wall is not a chew toy.

Stephen Sawicki

Real Estate Manager

Stephen is a Real Estate Manager at Industrious. Prior to joining Industrious, he worked as an associate attorney in the Real Estate Group at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, where he represented clients on joint ventures, leases, development projects, acquisitions and financings. Before law school, he was a member of the Transformation & Strategy Consulting team at Evolent Health. Stephen holds a JD from the University of Virginia School of Law and a BS in Business Administration from the University of Florida. Outside of Industrious, he enjoys writing short stories, exploring new places, and attempting to satisfy a perpetual pizza craving.

Stephen Tortorella

Design Manager

Stephen is a Design Manager at Industrious. After earning his B.Arch from Syracuse University, Stephen joined the Luxury Retail studio at Callison/RTKL where he completed tenant fitout and renovation projects for brands such as Louis Vuitton, Ralph Lauren, and Luxottica. Following this, Stephen worked in-house at Chipotle, project managing new unit development in the NYC metro market and managing the design of Chipotle’s single-tenant new construction prototype nationwide. When he’s not building the latest Industrious location, Stephen can be found testing out new recipes, running through Prospect Park, or planning his next ski trip.

Stephen Young

Senior Manager of Procurement and Supply Chain

Stephen is the Senior Manager of Procurement and Supply Chain at Industrious. Before joining Industrious, Stephen oversaw US operations for Tom Dixon – a global force in interior design with hubs in New York, Hong Kong, London, Los Angeles and Tokyo. While at Tom Dixon he managed the supply and distribution of over 600 products within the Americas, ranging from lighting, furniture, tableware, and fragrance sourced from 65 countries; project managed high profile international trade shows and coordinated operations for the launch of two retail stores. He was previously at littleBits, a startup on a mission to democratize hardware by empowering everyone to create inventions, large and small, with a platform of easy-to-use electronic building blocks. Stephen currently lives in Brooklyn and has been in the city for 10 years after moving here from Colorado. He loves to travel and spent four months backpacking around South East Asia, though these days, when not at Industrious, he can most often be found enjoying time in nature, exploring new playgrounds with his wife and kids, or tending his balcony vegetable garden. He holds a BS in Business Management from the Metropolitan State University of Denver.

Steve Diakoumakis

Real Estate Paralegal

Steve is the Real Estate Paralegal at Industrious. Prior to Industrious, Steve worked at Louis Vuitton for 12 years. Prior to Vuitton, Steve worked at public and private real estate companies, a telecom company, and law firms. Outside of work, Steve spends time with his wife and two daughters, coaches softball, is active with the youth programs of his church community, and is an avid reader of World War II and Cold War spy novels. Steve has a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from St. John’s University.

Sydney Stern

Member Development Associate

Sydney is a Member Development Associate at Industrious. Prior to joining the Industrious team, she spent most of her professional career in HR and Recruiting. When she isn’t working, you can find her yelping around Charlotte with her husband Brook, watching Harry Potter or reading Game of Thrones, hiking with their two rescue pups (Peach & Bella) or practicing and teaching yoga around the city. Sydney was born and raised in Pittsburgh, graduated from Pitt with a degree in Communications, and promptly moved to Charlotte so she would stop having to keep a snow shovel in her trunk.

Tania Martinez

Junior Estimator - Design & Construction

Tania is a Junior Estimator on the Design & Construction team at Industrious. She got her start as a Junior Estimator at a GC firm bidding healthcare, cultural and institutional work for 4 years. A Native New Yorker, she spends her spare time exploring the city with her daughter and cooking in her tiny NYC apartment kitchen.

Taylor Dunne

Member Development Associate

Taylor is a Member Development Associate at Industrious. Prior to Industrious, she was with Uber for several years. She launched and developed high growth cities and teams, was responsible for customer and process optimization, and led deciding data analytics projects. In her free time, she loves watching screenings of classic films at Cinespia, spinning at Cycle House, playing pickleball, and traveling. Taylor holds a B.S. from Arizona State University.

Taylor Jackson

HR Business Partner

Taylor is an HR Business Partner at Industrious. Prior to joining Industrious, Taylor worked as an HR Business Partner at King Street Capital Management, Barclays, and in recruiting at Proskauer. Taylor holds a degree in Public Policy from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. In her spare time, she enjoys cheering on her favorite basketball team, the UNC Tar Heels, and trying new restaurants in the city.

Tida Lenoel

Director of Real Estate

Tida is a Director of Real Estate at Industrious. Most recently, she was a Regional Manager at HotelTonight, focused on strategy and growth of the East Coast markets. She also held positions at citizenM Hotels on the acquisitions and development team, at Cushman & Wakefield in the Global Hospitality group, and at Italian Wine Merchants. Tida graduated from Cornell University with a BS from the Hotel School. She enjoys traveling, trying new cuisines, outdoor adventures, and taking her dog Indy to the dog park.

Tommy Nelms

Manager of People Development - Field

Tommy is the Manager of People Development, Field at Industrious. Prior to joining Industrious, Tommy was the Director of Field Operations at Flywheel Sports. In his 8 years at Flywheel, he built and oversaw all employee training while helping to guide the day-to-day operations of all studios in the United States, as well as two locations in Dubai and pop-ups in London, on cruise ships, and other quirky places you might not expect to find a cycling class. As part of the New Studio Opening team, he helped build Flywheel from 2 studios in Manhattan to 42 nationwide. Tommy is fiercely dedicated to fostering a culture of refined hospitality and continuous learning in all facets of his life. He graduated with a BFA in Acting from New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts, and you can often find him performing Shakespeare in theaters and bars around the city. Tommy lives in Brooklyn, New York, but is a proud St. Louisan by birth and is an ardent supporter of the Cardinals, Blues, toasted ravioli, ooey gooey butter cake, St. Louis-style pizza, and the Oxford comma.

Toni Craig-Cox

Area Manager

Toni is the Southern California Area Manager. She studied Psychology, Accounting and received an M.A. in School Counseling from the University of San Diego. Prior to Industrious, Toni worked four years in the Coworking/shared working space industry doing operations management. She loves improving processes and she also has a great passion for cars and basketball. When she’s not at Industrious, you can find her hanging with her wife, Catherine, and her dog, Aria, doing any and everything.

Veronica Diaz

FP&A Analyst

Veronica is an FP&A Analyst at Industrious. She graduated from NYIT and started working as a Mutual Fund Analyst at Strategic Insight where she focused on research and reporting. After this, she transitioned to investment banking at Deutsche Bank before supporting the FP&A team at News America Marketing working on financial modeling, budgeting, and sales reporting. In her free time, she loves to cook, bake, and travel.

Vikram Viswanathan

Senior Director of Business Development & Strategy

Vikram is the Senior Director of Business Development & Strategy at Industrious. He spent the past several years working on housing, economic development, and infrastructure initiatives in NYC’s city government, most recently as Director of Capital Planning at the Department of City Planning, and previously as Senior Advisor to the Deputy Mayor for Housing & Economic Development. He began his career as a math teacher through Teach for America and worked in management consulting at Bain & Company. Vikram currently lives in Brooklyn and enjoys tennis, road trips, and 90s karaoke. He holds an M.B.A. and M.Ed. from the University of Pennsylvania and a B.A. from Harvard University.

Yami Crosdale

Learning Experience Designer

Yami is a Learning Experience Designer at Industrious. Prior to Industrious, she supported and fostered online learning initiatives and organizational effectiveness systems at JetBlue Airways. Yami holds an MS in Instructional Systems and Learning Technologies from Florida State University and a BS in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Florida Agricultural & Mechanical University. Outside of work, you can find Yami at dance practice, trying out a new recipe of the week or reading a good book in a comfy corner. If you happen to see her around, say hi!

Yu Li

Senior Architectural Design Strategist

Yu Li is a Senior Architectural Design Strategist at Industrious. She received her Master of Architecture from the Southern California Institute of Architecture, studied Architectural History and Theory from Columbia University’s Graduate School of Architecture Planning and Preservation and holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts. Yu Li started her career as a production designer for The Onion, then after SCI-Arc worked as an architect for Michael Maltzan, Zago Architecture and then Asymptote Architecture, where she designed the Thyssen-Bornemisza Academy in Venezia and the new Moscow outpost of the Hermitage Modern and Contemporary Museum. In her spare time, Yu Li enjoys learning German, conversations about food and housing policy. You may also find her ogling cute dogs she encounters.

Yujin Oh

Test Fit Designer

Yujin started her career as an interior designer where she designed workplace for larger accounts like IBM, Walt Disney, AMC, etc. Soon after she worked as a space planner/job captain at NELSON and worked closely with ESRT (Empire State Realty Trust) on tenant-landlord projects for several buildings like One grand central place, Empire State building in NYC. She received her bachelors in Interior Architecture at Rhode Island School of Design and Masters in Sustainable Interior Environment at New York School of Interior Design. Outside of work, she loves to cook, visit museums and do anything active.
