Our Bellevue Team
Megan is the Community Manager at Industrious Bellevue. She earned her BA in Environmental Analysis & Policy from Boston University. Prior to joining Industrious, she lived in Chicago and worked as an Account Manager at Cater2me where she brought catering solutions to team meals, meetings, happy hours, and full-service events. After earning a promotion to Head of Market for their Seattle office she packed up her two cats, Banksy & Snickers, and moved West. In her free time, you can find her exploring the local food scene, sipping a local brew, or anywhere in the great outdoors.
Andrea is the Operations Associate at Industrious Bellevue. Before joining the Industrious team, she spent the last five years at Northeastern University in Boston earning her BA in Communication Studies and Sociology. She joins us with a background in event coordination and operations and loves using her passion for communication to find new ways to keep people connected through fun and thoughtful conversations. During her free time, you'll find her hiking all over the PNW, spending way too much money thrift shopping, and trying new food with her friends!
Pamela is an Operations Associate at Industrious Bellevue. She started her career in the hospitality industry mentoring and managing frontline teams in hotels in the San Francisco Bay Area. She has built her reputation on training and providing stellar service based on the three words, "I See You." The goal is to make each guest, co-worker, or associate feel 'seen' and 'acknowledged' with empathy and sincerity. Pamela is a welcoming, versatile, warm, positive, and friendly leader who can tackle any project or event with determination and organization and flare while creating a sense of care and community with teammates or guests. Plus, she's been known to get behind a microphone for a great voiceover opportunity, and in front of a large crowd to officiate a marriage.
