Kayla Artale, Operations Associate

Kayla is the Pittsburgh Operations Associate. She was born and raised in Springfield, MO, before moving to Pittsburgh. She recently graduated from Missouri State University (Go Bears) with a bachelors degree in Interpersonal Communication. She loves her Golden Doodle just as much as she loves sushi, traveling and shopping at HomeGoods.

Julie Hawthorne, Community Manager

Julie is the Community Manager of Industrious Pittsburgh. Before joining the Industrious team, Julie spent four years as a Trade Show and Special Events Coordinator in Columbus, Ohio and the Steel City. She holds a Political Science and Anthropology degree from the University of Pittsburgh (Go Pitt!) where she studied refugee resettlement in depth in Rwanda, Uganda and domestically. When she isn't working, Julie can be found making macarons, attempting a yoga class, planning her next travel adventure or chasing down some live music.
