Our Orlando Team

Kristen Utter
Community Manager
Kristen Utter, Community Manager

Born and raised in Virginia right outside of Washington DC, Kristen found her way to Orlando after college to be a Catering and Conventions Manager at Walt Disney World. Needless to say, she drinks, eats, and breathes customer service and nothing makes her as happy as a seamless, successful event. She loves cooking and catching up on the latest Netflix series with her beautiful boxer Jojo. Big secret? She's a recent, closet Star Wars nerd and diehard Dallas Cowboys fan. Kristen holds a B.S. in Hospitality Management from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.

Natalie Smallwood
Operations Associate
Natalie Smallwood, Operations Associate

A native South Floridian, Natalie traveled to Orlando to pursue Event Management at the University of Central Florida (Go Knights!). Her passion for customer service and creative events led her to a recent career in the luxury hotel industry. Natalie is a die-hard foodie, but above all obsesses over gourmet donuts. She one day hopes to rescue a french bulldog, but until that day arrives, you can catch her watching The Office or practicing yoga.
