Kennedy joined the Industrious team straight out of college after earning her BA in Psychological Science from California State University, San Marcos. Throughout her college career, she worked numerous hospitality jobs as well as advancing her professional skills by working closely with her college professors and graduate students on psychological research. These experiences gave her a unique perspective on how to thrive in the hospitality industry. Aside from work, Kennedy enjoys outdoor activities such as camping, off-roading, and adventuring to new areas. Other interests include studying astronomy and finding all the best coffee spots.
