Industrious today announced a new location at Sparkman Wharf, downtown Tampa’s new mixed-use waterfront development complex that is part of the 56-acre transformational neighborhood, Water Street Tampa. The company has partnered with landlord Strategic Property Partners, LLC (“SPP”) to convert approximately 44,000 square-feet of a former movie theater into shared workspaces. Industrious Sparkman Wharf is expected to open Q3 2020.
