Industrious and Seritage Growth Properties are continuing their partnership, announcing a new location at Esplanade at Aventura, South Florida’s highly anticipated open-air shopping, dining and entertainment destination. Industrious Esplanade at Aventura will occupy nearly 30,000 square-feet on the third floor of the development. It is expected to be open for business in Q2 2020.

Esplanade at Aventura is designed by SB Architects, the Rockwell Group, and Wet Design, and will include among its dining and entertainment collection: The Loyal, by Michelin-starred chef John Fraser; Jarana, by Peruvian culinary ambassador, Chef Gaston Acurio, in addition to, Joey Restaurant, and Pinstripes, an experiential entertainment concept with bowling and bocce.
Earlier this year, Industrious and Seritage Growth Properties announced a partnership to bring five flexible workspace locations into the Seritage portfolio. Esplanade at Aventura will also be the second Industrious location in South Florida; Industrious Miami – Brickell is expected to open by year-end.
